Chapter 73 - 73

What are you looking at?

What's it to you?

From Blonsky's eyes, Russell could see his displeasure towards him.

Although he didn't know why Blonsky was unhappy with him, he didn't waste any brain cells thinking about it.

There were plenty of people who disliked him, and plenty more who wanted his life.

But until now, he was still living well.

Seeing Russell and Blonsky staring at each other, General Ross took the Cuban cigar from his mouth and coughed.

Russell and Blonsky ended their staredown and looked at General Ross.

"Here's the target's information, take a look first."

With that, General Ross handed Russell a folder with 'Top Secret' printed on the cover.

Russell took the folder and quickly scanned through it.

As he expected, this so-called top-secret document was about Bruce Banner.

It contained detailed records of Bruce Banner's personal information.

Besides personal information, the rest were details of past capture operations and some intelligence that had not yet been verified.

When General Ross made the request, Russell had already guessed that General Ross had suffered losses at Banner's hands, which was why he thought of inviting him, an outside helper, to join.

The information the intelligence broker replied with also confirmed his guess.

He not only bought intelligence on Bruce Banner from the intelligence broker, but also on General Ross and his daughter, Betty Ross.

Before coming to the Pentagon, he knew that Banner had been missing for over two years, but after reading the folder General Ross handed him, he realized he had somewhat underestimated Banner.

General Ross had not only suffered losses at Banner's hands, but significant ones.

Since Banner's mutation occurred in his lab at Culver University, General Ross had organized and commanded multiple capture operations.

But without exception, all the capture operations had failed.

The most recent one happened a week ago.

The location was Porto, Brazil.

Like before, this operation also failed.

Otherwise, there would have been no need for Russell.

Blonsky joined General Ross's capture team during this operation.

After reading the contents of the file and comparing them with the information in his mind, Russell closed the folder and said to General Ross, "The target you want to capture is quite a big one!"

"If it were easy, I wouldn't have asked you to come over."

General Ross slowly said, exhaling smoke from his mouth.

"I can help you capture him. Do you know his current location?"

After reading the file, Russell knew that Banner would most likely return to Culver University to retrieve his research data from back then.

However, he couldn't directly tell General Ross this information right now.

After all, in General Ross's eyes, he had only just found out who the target was a few minutes ago.

"I don't know where he is right now, but he will definitely go to Culver University."

General Ross quickly said.

"How do you know?"

"We cracked the computer he left behind and got his last chat logs."

Culver University and the Pentagon are both in Virginia, and the distance between them isn't very far.

It only takes a little over an hour to drive there.

Come to think of it, Banner is quite unlucky.

He had been off the radar for over five months; if he hadn't accidentally gotten injured at the processing plant and failed to wipe away the bloodstains, General Ross wouldn't have found him at all.

This is fate!

After casually discussing the operation to deal with Banner with General Ross, Russell left General Ross's office.

Leaving with him was Blonsky.

"Although the General invited you here, you'd best remember your place. This is a military operation, not your operation!"

Blonsky put on his military cap and said coldly to Russell.

Hearing Blonsky's words, Russell replied with a look of disdain, "That's right, this is indeed your military operation."

"But unfortunately, you are a little too weak, which is why the General needs me, this outside helper, to join!"

Although Russell didn't know why Blonsky had such strong hostility towards him, since Blonsky was being so impolite, he wouldn't be polite to Blonsky either.

He's just an elite veteran who has been injected with super-soldier serum, no big deal!

Blonsky said no more, giving Russell a gloomy look.

Then, without looking back, he left the Pentagon.

When Blonsky left, Russell also followed General Ross's secretary out of the Pentagon.

Culver University.

After leaving the Pentagon, Russell came here alone.

Although all the evidence indicated that Banner would definitely come to Culver University to retrieve his original research data, no one could say for sure when exactly he would arrive.

General Ross had arranged a significant number of personnel near Culver University and had also prepared a fully armed capture team ready to rush to the university at any time.

As soon as Banner showed up, the capture team would arrive in the shortest possible time.

After arriving at Culver University, Russell didn't go to find Banner's ex-girlfriend and General Ross's daughter, Professor Betty Ross, but instead wandered around the university.

Looking at the female college students full of youthful vitality, he couldn't help but sigh.

Ah, to be young is good!

After admiring these female college students on campus, he left the campus and came to the pizza restaurant that Banner and Betty frequently visited.

Stanley's Pizza Restaurant.

The owner of the restaurant was named Stanley, an old man with white hair.

This was just an ordinary pizza restaurant.

The environment was average, the taste was average, and the price was average.

Russell originally just planned to meet the restaurant owner, Stanley, and sample Stanley's cooking.

Unexpectedly, not long after he sat down, a stranger came up to him.

"Hello, student, can I sit here?"

Russell, who was eating pizza, looked up.

A melon-seed face, long golden wavy hair, a curvy figure, a super short skirt, an Hermes handbag, and several textbooks in her hand.

Clearly, this was a female student from Culver University.

From her age, she should have just started college not long ago.

Russell used the professional gaze of a 'tea connoisseur' to examine this female student and easily determined her measurements.

A college girl!

It's been a long time since I've 'drunk' this style of 'tea'!

"Of course you can."

Russell put down the pizza in his hand and said with a smile.

Although he didn't know this female student, or even her name, one thing he was sure of was that this female student exceeded his minimum standard for 'drinking tea'.

Hearing Russell's answer, the female student showed a sunny and charming smile and sat down directly.

"Hello, my name is Alice, Biology Department, sophomore. What about you?"

After sitting down, Alice began to introduce herself and asked for Russell's name.

"Peter, race car driver!"

Russell casually made up a name and profession.
