Chapter 49 - Chapter 49 Undead Enemies

The chrysanthemum was withered, wounds everywhere.

Having encountered the wickedness of human hearts, Nobita struggled to keep up with the group as they left the valley.

During this time, his gaze drifted uncertainly, wanting Doraemon to help him, but he was forced back by the fierce glares of Jiatuos and the others.

The atmosphere among the three was very strange; Nobi Hiroshi might have already had the answer in his heart, but he didn't want to destroy the friendship between them.

He just had to endure it for now; the immediate priority was to deal with the Demon Spirit Great Emperor.

"Next, we can counterattack the Demon Spirit Legion. Jingya, where is the closest human city to here?"

"Let me think…it should be Andrew City, south of the valley."

Leaning on her beloved's shoulder, Jingya moved her lips weakly.

The spatial tear hadn't healed yet; it was a bit uncomfortable, and even applying some ointment inside only had an adverse effect.

"Alright, let's head to Andrew City."

Hiro looked south, setting their target.

The group, full of momentum, arrived outside the southern valley, where the turbulent river surged.

The trees on both banks were washed askew, their branches and leaves swaying erratically, making it impossible to travel by water to the downstream city.

"The water is too fast, Doraemon, let's use the Bamboo-copter to fly over," Nobi Hiroshi said, turning around.

The anywhere door couldn't be used without world positioning, so the Bamboo-copter was the most suitable way to reach their destination safely and conveniently.

"I told you, can't you call me Doraemon the Mage!" Doraemon waved his hand, emphasizing his current title.

He took out the Bamboo-copter from his pocket and explained how to use it to everyone.

"Can this little thing really take us flying into the sky?" Snaimis, Viscount looked puzzled.

"Of course, I'll show you a demonstration."

Pressing the switch, the small propeller instantly propelled Hiroshi into the air.

He gracefully pulled Jingya up with him and spun a few circles, paying homage to the legendary pilot.

"So high! This is incredible, truly worthy of Doraemon the Mage."

The cool breeze felt very comfortable, and the girl smiled broadly, enjoying the feeling of freedom.

Most importantly, she didn't have to walk anymore, and her physical discomfort was somewhat relieved.

"Wow, how amazing!"

Seeing this, Jiatuos and Snaimis, Viscount followed suit, controlling their Bamboo-copters to fly downstream along the river.

As for Nobita, for some unspeakable reason, his stomach churned when he took off, and he vomited some strange things along the way.

Jiatuos and the others didn't forget the camaraderie between the three of them, offering thoughtful words of concern.

After crossing a large waterfall, Andrew City could be seen not far away.

It was a magnificent fortress, with the natural barriers of mountains and a moat.

However, after enduring the war with the Demon Spirit Great Emperor's army, it appeared exceptionally desolate.

The tall, sturdy city walls were covered in cracks and blotches, as if narrating the cruelty and destruction of war.

"Silver Helmet, Silver Sword? The Silver Swordsman has appeared. Let me deal with you on behalf of Demon Spirit Emperor Odom," Spiderr cackled "Squeak, squeak, squeak" from the ambush site of the Earth Elemental Legion on both sides of the river, brandishing six poisoned swords.

From its appearance, it was a black spider demon, with a sharp venomous stinger on each of its six agile arms.

Clad in heavy armor, it clearly looked like a small boss designed to be defeated easily.

The Earth Elemental Vanguards, hidden in the mud, only revealed a pair of eyes glowing with green light.

They lay prostrate on the bank, silently waiting for their prey, blending in with the surroundings, making them difficult to detect.

"Buzz, buzz, buzz~"

Suddenly, the silver sword in the scabbard vibrated, emitting a sword cry, seemingly sensing danger.

It never occurred to him that besides automatic combat, it could also serve as a danger radar.

With such a divine artifact and an immortal body, no wonder the villains would lose.

"Wait, everyone, proceed carefully. There might be an enemy ambush nearby."

Noticing the unusual movement at his waist, Nobi Hiroshi immediately became alert, scanning the surrounding ground and slowing his pace.

"Silver Swordsman, look!" Snaimis, Viscount suddenly pointed to a hillside, where a large number of Earth Elementals burst out of the mud.

They lifted large marble stones weighing over 200 pounds and hurled them over violently.

"Swish, swish, swish!!!"

A dark shadow enveloped Nobi Hiroshi's body. The silver sword effortlessly swept upwards, instantly cleaving the giant stone in half, revealing a smooth cross-section in the middle.

Splash~

Water splashed high as more and more stones and mud were thrown, launching a fierce attack on them.

"Watch me, Rebound Cloak!" Taking out a red cloth similar to a bullfighter's cape, Doraemon gave a slight shake, and countless giant stones were bounced back, scattering the Earth Elementals.

"Damn it, you strange tanuki cat, how dare you help humans!" The situation suddenly reversed. Spiderr, enraged, glared at Doraemon in the sky, not knowing what kind of demonic art the opponent had used.

As a tanuki demon, he dared to contradict Demon Spirit Great Emperor Odom.

"What, I'm not a tanuki cat!"

"I'm a wise cat-type robot from the 22nd century!" Holding the Rebound Cloak, Doraemon's face turned red with anger, and he immediately started arguing with the spider monster.

The word "tanuki cat" was the one he hated to hear the most.

And just as they were arguing, a blob of mud flew from nowhere, striking Doraemon, who had lost his guard.

"Doraemon the Mage!" Everyone exclaimed.

Nobi Hiroshi quickly moved towards the river surface and pulled up the falling Doraemon.

Upon reaching the shore, the Earth Elemental Legion, who had been waiting for a long time, immediately surrounded them.

Their tall stature and powerful force were completely mismatched with the slender and weak young man.

"Silver Swordsman, today this will be your burial ground." General Spiderr stood on the hillside, looking down, commanding the Earth Elementals to surround them.

His teammates were blocked outside the earth wall, and it was another day of fighting alone.

"Silver Swordsman!"

"Hiroshi!"

The powerful Earth Elementals had the advantage of terrain; their immense strength could easily shatter the swordsman's defense.

"You damned things!" He beheaded the enemy, and it shattered into pieces, scattering as broken stones on the ground.

Jiatuos knelt on one knee, his cloth armor torn open at the chest; fortunately, he had the immortal body buff, but the pain was still there.

But before he could even catch his breath, the enemies who had clearly died revived again, their bodies reconstructing from mud and stone.

The endless Earth Elementals seemed to possess immortality as well.

"Mon...monsters..." Nobi Nobita threw down the knife in his hand, fled the battlefield, and watched from a distance behind a tree.

This action naturally drew contempt from the others.

"Doraemon, do you have any way to eliminate these mud people?" Ducking to avoid a mud palm, his movements were agile and powerful. The silver sword accurately hit its target with every attack, its blade covered in mud.

Killing enemies while communicating, Nobi Hiroshi and the close-combat mage Doraemon fought and retreated.

The Earth Elementals were numerous, constantly emerging from the mud, making them difficult to deal with.

"I can't think of a way in this situation. Even the most powerful tools can't completely eliminate them." Struggling to wield his magic broom, Doraemon's face showed difficulty.

Spiderr, however, stood leisurely to the side, his four eyes enjoying the sight of the Silver Swordsman being pushed to the brink.

Trembling with excitement, Demon Spirit Emperor Odom would surely reward him handsomely.
