"Ophelia, you've been in the Eastern Dwarf for a long time. I don't know when you'll be able to return. But the plan Master Pierce laid out will soon be activated," the young man from West 31 replied quickly.
"Pierce?" Ophelia scoffed. "Isn't he arrogant? I feel like the Heavenly Sword Bureau is firmly in his hands. Why would he need anyone else's help?"
The young man was Alexandra Pilth, a high-ranking member of Hydra. He and Ophelia didn't get along.
Of course, Ophelia could not openly show him any favor. Even if he was Pierce's subordinate, she treated him with caution.
"Ophelia, this involves everything. More importantly, it concerns whether we can regain our glory after the organization's downfall," the handsome young man said slowly.
"You tell Pierce, my side's matters will be resolved soon. I'll return to my homeland and meet with him myself," Ophelia said.
"No need to worry. I'll be back in a few days," he replied.
Although Ophelia disliked Alexandra Pilth, she couldn't deny that as a high-level member of Hydra and the Heavenly Sword Bureau, he held considerable power.
Although the current director of the Heavenly Sword Bureau was a bald man, Yalesan Dapilth, Alexandra Pilth still retained supreme authority there—his status even surpassed Nick Fury's. The Heavenly Sword Bureau was not under Pierce's control.

"Yes," Ophelia confirmed. "Is something wrong with Pierce?"
"Lord Pierce said you must not provoke Xu Fu. Otherwise, something could happen that he cannot manage," the young man said.
Although Alexandra Pilth didn't fully understand Xu Fu's true power in the Blue Star, he was cautious. Even official reports contained only brief notes.
Pierce, however, trusted him and did not want conflict. Alexandra Pilth, careful and deliberate, sided with Xu Fu and did not wish to stir trouble.
Pierce's focus today was the prophetic plan. Nick Fury sensed the prophecy could signal potential insurrection. Alexandra Pilth, however, interpreted it differently: it foretold the emergence of superhumans—like the Avengers—that could potentially thwart Hydra's grand designs.
"Don't provoke Xu Fu?" Ophelia's gaze flickered.
Ophelia had already begun preliminary manipulations. She and Shouhe Society were conspiring together, though now it seemed unwise to act immediately.
Her thoughts raced, then she decided: "No need to worry. Xu Fu won't interfere with my plans this time."
"Understood," the young man nodded. "I'll return to my homeland, and Lord Pierce will await your return."
After speaking, the young man left. Ophelia watched him go, the serpent-headed staff she held slightly raised, an expression of contemplation on her face.
"Xu Fu…" she whispered, touching the staff lightly.
Meanwhile, the news of Yuan Qianjian's death spread, throwing the Eastern Dwarf Kingdom into turmoil. The former group had influence across many areas, so most people knew about the original Kenichi.
