The boarding call for Fermany crackled over the speakers, still forty-one minutes away. Jasona's fingers laced gently through Aurora's, tugging her past the rows of charging stations and sleepy travelers until they found the quiet single-occupancy restroom tucked behind the bookstore. Jasona locked the door, turned the little sign to Occupied, and leaned back against it with a soft, wondering smile.
"Hi, love," she whispered.
Aurora's answer was to step close, rise on her toes, and kiss her slow and deep. Their mouths moved together like they had all the time in the world (which they didn't, but they pretended anyway). Jasona's hands settled at Aurora's waist, thumbs stroking in small, soothing circles.
"May I?" Aurora breathed against Jasona's lips, fingers already drifting to the zipper of her pants.
Jasona nodded, eyes fluttering. "Please."
