Chapter 1 - My Fate

I was on my way home after work at the store, crossing the road, when a child beside me spotted his friend on the other side. He rushed over without looking at the speeding cars. I dashed forward to grab him, but it was too late. Just as I pushed him out of the way, a car struck me. They say in that final moment, a person's life flashes before their eyes. Mine had been full of emptiness—but at least, I died with purpose. Looking up at the sky, I smiled, knowing I would never see it again.

Originally, I was a person from a planet called Blue Star. After working a long day at the store, I was heading home when I got into an accident and died while holding my monthly paycheck. When I opened my eyes, it felt as if I had woken straight from a dream.

As I stood up, a girl opened the door carrying a tray of soup. Upon seeing me, she screamed, dropping the tray, which shattered on the floor, and ran away in terror, shouting, "Yin Chu!" I was in shock, trying to comprehend how she had reacted and why I was in this place. Then, catching a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I was struck with disbelief—this was not my face. I realized that we both shared the same name, Yin Chu, and I was very handsome.

Memories that weren't mine began flooding my mind. That's when I realized I was in another world, called the Supreme Continent—a land of cultivation where monsters roamed freely. And in this world, I was a young master of one of the top eight families, the Qin family, whose history spanned 4,500 years on the continent of Kinyo. From the memories of this body, he learned that he had been a notorious troublemaker in the family.

To impress Yang Lianhua, the young lady of the Yang family, he had challenged Lyn Yao, a boy she had once rescued. As a child, Lyn had been a poor beggar, beaten by rich kids. Yang Lianhua had taken pity on him and made him her servant. Only her family knew of his secret talent in swordsmanship, which they had trained him in. They were close friends.

Wanting to show off, he challenged him to a duel—and lost badly. He was bedridden for two weeks, and his reputation suffered even more. Everyone knew that he had been defeated by a servant.after hearing that i woke up his parents rushed to his side, they were relieved but also scolded him for his recklessness. They forbade him from leaving the house for two months.

The little maid returned with soup and a healing pill. While going through the body's memories, he discovered how to cultivate. After two hours of meditation, he realized he was naturally gifted, but had wasted his potential due to laziness.

After a week, he got used to this world. Everyone feared him because of his past misdeeds. The original owner of this body had been a troublemaker who was killed by a servant. After his death, I took over his body. When I was walking around the house, I began to hear gossip in the halls. The Chin family, who had once planned to marry their daughter to him, now wanted to cancel the arrangement. They saw it as shameful to marry their daughter to someone who had been beaten by a servant.
