Karsten Heiress: Thanks to you, I managed to change my nickname.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: You're welcome, but I can't help but notice, are you a noble or some sort? Or else you wouldn't have named yourself an heiress.
Karsten Heiress: Indeed I am.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: That's great news. There are two of us now.
Karsten Heiress: Excuse me?
(👑)Raiden Makoto: What I am trying to imply is that there are two of us who hold the title of nobility, as I, too, am a noble with a title in my lands.
I stared at my phone, reading the recent messages and now realized who the new member is, it's no doubt that it's Crusch Karsten.
Her new nickname makes it obvious who she is, it makes me wonder if the others would notice, after all, it isn't far-fetched that they also have Re: Zero in their respective worldlines.
I checked mine, and surprisingly, it also exists. I was originally planning to plagiarize that story into this world but it seems there was no need.
At the same time, I could safely mention her identity freely without anyone suspecting I'm a transmigrator.
Then the two noble ladies continued their conversation.
Karsten Heiress: Truly? Then you must have experience in governing.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Of course, not to brag but it's one of the few things I'm quite adept at.
Karsten Heiress: Oh? Then perhaps I shall ask you a problem that concerns governing. I'd like to see the validity of your words.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Testing me in governing? Fufu, it's been a long time since someone tested me.
And so Crusch asked questions related to governing people, like how do you solve this problem in this sort of situation, and so on.
Basically, half of the members can't understand most of their conversation, which also includes me, but it did give me ideas on how governing people works and how to be a ruler if I ever become one.
In this 'battle' of leaders, it was clear that their methods differed from each other, but regardless of their differences they somehow got along.
Karsten Heiress: I apologize for doubting your lady Makoto, you are indeed a ruler.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Fufu, I don't mind it was an interesting conversation regardless.
SpecialistWinter: @Karsten Heiress, the way you command your people is quite similar to mine. Does your family perhaps have a military background?
Karsten Heiress: That's correct, my noble house has the greatest military power amongst the three dukedoms.
SpecialistWinter: No wonder, your claim of command is quite similar to a military.
The topics about Crusch's background continued for a while, before finally it became 'normal' enough for us commoners to be part of the conversation, as the previous topic was something normal folks like us can't comprehend.
Sheesh, the group is contaminated with ojou-sama's, and Agnes is the only odd one out.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Ah right, I almost forgot, you should claim your newbie gift card.
Karsten Heiress: Newbie gift card?Â
8man: It's something that every new member receives. To claim it, just press that red exclamation mark on the right side of the group chat; it should be visible.
Karsten: I found it.

[ Congratulations you have received a lottery ticket and 1,000 GP! ]
[ Would you like to use the lottery ticket? ]
[ Yes/No ]
Crusch was overwhelmed by this prompt as it made her unable to respond to the comments in the group chat.Â
"Is everything alright milady?" Wilhelm noticed his lady's surprise faster than anyone else in the room.
"Yes, I'm fine. It's just that I don't know what this 'lottery' implies; the message urges me whether I should use it or not. Subaru, do you know what a lottery is?" Crusch turned her attention back to Subaru.
Since he knew about this smartphone, it's safe to assume that he might know what a lottery is.
"Lottery? I know what it is, to simplify it. A lottery is a type of mechanism that gives you a reward if you draw a lucky number, but I don't think it's going to be the same as that one. Maybe you shouldn't use it yet and ask the others if it's safe to use it." Subaru gave her his reasoning and couldn't help but nod at his suggestion.
Pressing [ No ] for now, she sent a message to the group.
Karsten Heiress: I received a lottery. Is it safe for us?
Then came the reply of the individual in the chat with whom she interacted the most, and possibly someone who could have an equal conversation, considering both of them are leaders of their own faction.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: You have to use it immediately, don't make the same mistake as @8man.
8man: Screw you! It only happened once alright?!
Whoever this person is, they clearly have no respect for authority or manners.
But it seems Makoto tolerates this person; perhaps he's more than a rude individual. She isn't quite clear with the ruling structure of this group chat.
Either way, she was inclined to believe Makoto as she proved to her that she was worthy of respect, and the rest of the members didn't seem to disagree with that decision.
"It seems that I'm going to use it." Crusch unconsciously made her aware of the maximum.
Then she used the lottery ticket.
[ You have won an SSR item, congratulations! 🎉 ]
[ Item - Four-Leaf Clover Grimoire ]
As soon as this prompt appeared, a floating book appeared in front of her, it almost made her draw her sword, but she stopped herself as she rationalized that this might have to do with the lottery.
But the others weren't as informed as her, as they all did their personal stances, Wilhelm drew his new sword as the last one was broken, Felix was ready to cast his magic.
Subaru directly went to Crusch and made a protective stance toward her person, which honestly warms her heart.
Then the grimoire ignored everyone else in the room and directly flew at Crusch as if similar to a dog happily finding their owner.
It fell into her hands, and it glowed green as it made contact with her. Then, the book started flipping itself, and eventually it stopped after a moment.
For an entire minute, there was silence.
But Subaru decided to break it.
"What the heck was that?"
Crusch honestly has no answer to that question.
—
I waited for the Crusch to say what she obtained from the lottery, as everyone else did, and then, after she did, I was shocked at what she received.
"Holy fuck, she got a four-leaf grimoire?! What kind of luck is that?!" The grimoire itself symbolizes luck in concept.
It seems that I'm the only one who understands what kind of bullshit she just received, but at least they are aware that the grimoire isn't normal after all; items that are labeled as SSR are never normal, or else they would have never been in that category.
To say that I wasn't jealous was a lie, after all, it's normal, as who wouldn't want to be lucky?
Right now I'm very tempted to use the lottery I obtained from the last quest.
But I refrained myself as it's not the right time yet, I still haven't completed the luck ritual that all gacha addicts do better when gambling.
Does it increase luck? Absolutely not, anyone who believes that is stupid, but it does calm your mind.
8man: Another SSR user, great, why do you people have all the luck!
MadHorseScientist: Same, same.
MartialARTish: That's right gang, we're all unlucky here.
(👑)Raiden Makoto: Ignore these people, they're just bitter because they don't have our luck. Instead, you should figure out how your item works, as it would be no doubt extremely useful in the future. As far as I'm concerned, the lottery doesn't give us harmful things, so it's safe to assume that it's not cursed.
Says the woman who obtained Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, if she only obtained Mangekyou without the eternal part, she wouldn't be saying that.
Karsten Heiress: I apologize, but I'll be taking my leave first as I have to investigate what this grimoire can do.
SpecialistWinter: Of course, don't let us stop you from leaving.
And so she left.
The conversation continued, and it centered around Crusch's new SSR item and their speculation about its power and abilities.
But only I know how it works, it doesn't seem that the likes of Agnes and Hikigaya know Black Clover.
And then finally, I managed to lock down Hikigaya and ask him the question that has been bothering me since I joined the group chat.
Since I bonded with him close enough he should be able to answer this question.
MartialARTish: Right, I've been meaning to ask, who exactly is your girlfriend Hikigaya?
8man: What's with that question?Â
MartialARTish: I'm just curious who the lucky girl is.
8man: Lucky girl? Bah, more like unlucky. But I'll humor you. Her name is Ebina Hina.
Ebina Hina?Â
I tried to recall who that was, then, after a while, I recognized who this character was. "Wait, isn't that the girl who loves Yaoi?"

A/N: This honestly felt bland to write.
