It's really late at night and Lucifer is currently in his room daydreaming about Lilith, making all kinds of scenarios in his head.
Meanwhile Valerie is getting ready to sneak out, no one was allowed in The Garden of Eden now that Adam and Lilith were in it, but that wasn't gonna stop Valerie.
Going to visit the garden while everyone was asleep is the best approach, that way she wouldn't bump into Adam and Lilith either cause they'd be asleep too.
She makes her way through the shadows, she walks through the empty and quiet lounge and gets to the entrance of the garden without making a noise.
The gates are closed..she looks at the high fence then at the tree next to it.
Wasting no time she climbs on the tree, stepping on the branches to get herself up.
Once she's high enough she jumps down from the tree getting to the other side of the fence with only a small scratch on her hand.
The cold night breeze hits her face as she approaches the river, it's just as peaceful as it's always been.
She can't help but think that it's even better at night, I mean how could she not?
The moonlight is reflecting onto the river making it look like it's glowing, the breeze is actually quite pleasant and it's very quiet, giving her space to think and admire the scenery.
She continues walking, her goal is to get to her favourite place to watch the river from. That's where most of the flowers grow and there's a big rock that she loves to sit on.
When she's close to getting there, she sees someone... sitting on the rock...
She immediately stops walking in order to avoid getting noticed
She thinks to herself "Weird...No one should be awake.."
Upon further inspection she realizes that it's a woman...long blonde hair that blows through the soft breeze of the night...
There could only be one person with that long luscious hair...Lilith...
Valerie is in awe.... something about Lilith's presence is calming....
She looks gentle...and kind....not to mention that Lucifer isn't the only one who noticed her beauty.
Valerie flinches at the sound of Lilith suddenly speaking, without turning around
"It's a beautiful night... isn't it?"
Valerie is confused... should she respond??...is Lilith talking to herself..?? Or someone else? How could she have even noticed her???
Lilith turns around to face Valerie, she continues speaking in an amused tone
"Not much of a talker are you?"
Valerie freezes, goodness she was absolutely breathtaking....the moonlight shining onto her face....her soft gentle expression...the way her hair flows....the way her body basked under the moon
She looked like a beautiful angel....and that's coming

Valerie shakes her head to stop herself from staring and responds to her question.
"Uhh- it's uh- yeah...uhm...I didn't think you were talking to me...
How'd you know I was here?"
Lilith chuckled, the sound of her laughter like music to Valerie's ears
"Well... You're not very quiet if I must say, but it's not your fault, the night brings a quiet so deep that even a thought could be heard"
Valerie chuckles awkwardly at being called out for not being the best at being quiet
"Yeah...well I never really was good at walking quietly.."
Lilith's eyes soften and she pats the spot next to her on the rock
Valerie reluctantly walks over and sits down next to her
Being so close, she sees the red around Lilith's eyes...like she's been crying....
She frowns slightly and speaks up about it
"Hey...you look like you've been crying..."
Lilith's smile drops slightly as she looks down, her eyes suddenly filling with sadness
"Yeah...my lover is at fault for that..."
Valerie's frown deepens as she listens to her explanation
"Adam?...How so..?"
Lilith looks back up at Valerie, small tears at the corners of her eyes, her voice is a little shaky as she speaks
"I... don't want to be with him....he is...cruel... doesn't treat me with any respect and speaks to me as an inferior being..."
Valeries eyes fill with anger and hatred towards the one causing her pain
"He should NOT be treating you that way...
EVER."
Her eyes soften and she looks into Lilith's eyes with sincerety
Her tone changing into a gentler one
"....You don't deserve that..."
A tear rolls down Lilith's cheek as she looks into Valerie's eyes..
She speaks, her voice still shaky
"Thank you...Valerie..."
Valerie's eyes widen...how did she know her name..?
Her though is interrupted when she suddenly feels Lilith's arms wrap around her as she pulls her into a tight hug
Valerie freezes for a moment..then wraps her arms around Lilith too...
