Ch-1 Carpe diem
'I, Anastasia Valeria vow to put my life on the line for my kingdom. I swear that as long as I am queen I won't let my dynasty down, I will make sure we win this bloody war and make sure that every bastard that burned down our livelihoods. It is time to show them what happens when the Aquerine dragon gets unleashed.'
My oath was most probably as impressive as my anger. I managed to destroy half of their war camps. Unlike those uncivilized barbarians I didn't destruct their villages because I never wanted to destroy the innocent lives that were trying to protect their offspring. To introduce you to this war torn world, I have to introduce its history. If you read this I guess there is no turning back.
Once upon a time there was a single empire led by the Sun lord. He was a primordial being and ruled along with Light and Shadow. They decided to create four clans-water ,fire, air and earth. A great way to divide the world, right .The clans started fighting among each other ,the weaker ones like Air and Earth would either side with Water or Fire .The Sun Lord seeing this was incredibly saddened and promised the two clans that a powerful being will be born in each dynasty, the ones who contain immense powers, powers that no clan yet had discovered. They waited for millennia and yet there was news of the warrior. Fire and Water started fighting again, Air sided with the former while Earth sided with the latter.
The war brought great miseries upon the land, Fire engulfed everything while Water froze everything. But centuries later, both the empires had received a great news. Two births that changed the world. A girl who bore the marks of the noble Aquerine ( Water dragon)and a boy who bore the marks of the great Agnes (Fire dragon).I was the vessel or the ward of the Aquerine dragon and the sovereign of the the Water clan while the arrogant Prince Kai reigned over the Fire clan. His name held terror over every state except ours because my ancestors chose to protect our people instead of gambling them for war. I am yet to meet that monster and I will make sure I bring him to his knees. That is the promise I will fulfill.
