Chapter 82 - Chapter 82: The Red-Eyed Storm

The throne room had become a whirlwind of crimson and gold. Bone spikes erupted from every surface, spinning and writhing like serpents under Kairo's command. His aura flared brighter than ever, a storm of blood-red energy wrapping around his form, feeding every strike and movement.

Hades' shield flared violently, bending the bones and redirecting them, but Kairo was no longer attacking blindly. Each bone strike, each whip, each spiraling spear was calculated, forcing the shield to stretch, bend, and crack.

"You are persistent… I'll grant you that," Hades intoned, his voice echoing like rolling thunder. Beams of divine light shot from the shield, slicing through the bone constructs, but Kairo twisted midair, letting spikes deflect and strike at new angles.

The Bone Blade returned to his hand, pulsing with Gravekeeper magic. Crimson energy laced every strike as he slashed through the shielded light, the edges cracking and sparking under the force. Bones rose from the floor and walls, spinning into a cyclone of attack, forcing Hades to constantly readjust.

Hades' eyes narrowed, a faint shimmer of annoyance crossing his godly features. "You think to challenge me with mere constructs? You think your little storm can pierce the absolute?"

Kairo's voice was a low growl, carrying over the storm of bone and clashing light: "It's not mere constructs… it's everything I am. And you cannot stop it!"

The Bone Blade spun in his grip, slicing through light spears, deflecting crushing gravity waves, and channeling his aura into a concentrated strike. Bones surged forward like a tidal wave, a red storm crashing against Hades' throne.

Cracks spread across the shield like lightning, light splintering, bending, and warping under the relentless assault. For the first time, Hades' expression betrayed tension. The Red-Eyed One wasn't just surviving — he was pressing the battle forward, threatening to dominate the battlefield.

The throne room trembled violently, shadows twisting, divine light flickering, and crimson energy spilling across the stone floor. The storm raged on, unstoppable, relentless, and beautiful in its destruction.

Kairo's eyes burned brighter than ever. Every strike, every bone, every pulse of energy screamed a single truth: he would not yield. And the throne — Hades' seat of absolute power — would feel the weight of his defiance.
