Chapter 92 - Chapter 92: Companions in Freedom

The chaos of Hell still roared behind them — demons scrambling, the shattered throne smoking in the distance. Kairo's crimson aura pulsed steadily, Bone Blade coiled, chains rattling lightly.

He turned to Lucifer, eyes burning with quiet determination. "If I step into the Human World… may I bring someone with me?"

Lucifer's gaze, piercing and absolute, softened ever so slightly. "You may," he said. "Choose whomever you wish. The rules of Heaven grant you that freedom."

Kairo's eyes swept over Igron, who stood a few paces behind him, battle-worn but unbowed, chains broken but aura still strong. The old companion's presence had been a constant in the chaos of Hell, a tether to loyalty and survival.

"Igron," Kairo said, voice low but firm, "if I'm walking into a world of mortals… I want you at my side. No one else. Can you come with me?"

Igron's expression, usually unreadable, softened slightly — a flicker of relief passing through his battle-worn eyes. "I'll go wherever you go," he said simply, "as long as it means freedom."

Lucifer's smile was faint but approving. "Then it shall be so. He may accompany you. Choose carefully — your decisions now echo across all realms."

Kairo nodded, crimson aura flaring higher. The path ahead was uncertain, fraught with mortal and divine challenges, but for the first time, he would walk it with a trusted ally by his side.

Chains rattled, Bone Blade humming, and the Red-Eyed One prepared to step into the Human World — leaving Hell behind, but carrying every lesson, every battle, and every demon he had faced in the abyss with him.
