Chapter 1 - The End and Beginning of a Hero

Amidst the flames engulfing the ship

"Erina, take a good look! Now that JoJo can't use his Hamon, I can safely steal his body!" Dio shouted out to the helpless women holding a baby, his head having tendrils strangling Jonathan's neck.

HERE I COME JOJOOOO, launching himself at the strangled Jonathan

"And I bid welcome to my new eternal body!"

But before he could continue, Jonathan took out a piece of jagged shrapnel from his back and stabbed it into his neck, stopping him entirely in his place

"Jonathan!" Erina called out before dropping to the ground due to the fire

leaning back against a crate. Jonathan holds Dios's head in an embrace before saying his words

"Dio....Like you said, our fates might truly be one and the same."

"I feel an odd warmth towards you."

"Now our lives are bound completely. "And they will vanish along with this ship."

Looking up at the woman whom he loved for so long

He smiled and said, "Farewell, Erina," as the fires of the exploding ship engulfed him and Dio, blocking her view of them.

"Let go of me, JoJo!" Dio screamed. "Release me!"

"Think about it," Dio screamed. "You'd like a shot at eternity. I can heal your wounds! You can live forever with Erina!"

Dio is doing all he can to convince him to let him go from the hold he has on him, but stops when he looks into his eyes.

Jojo?!?!

He.....Hes....He's Dead. Looking into Jonathan's lifeless eyes, as his head falls, the scene shows Jonathan dead, hugging Dios' head, consumed by the fire and explosion of the ship.

Darkness and nothingness enveloped Jonathan before a flood of memories rushed back to him. He relived the struggles of his childhood with Dio, the moments he cherished with Erina, and the battles he fought alongside his allies to survive against the horde of Evil, and the final moment he shared with the one who gave him torment before opening his eyes.

Jonathan wakes up in a vibrant forest instead of on the fiery ship. He looks at himself and finds that he's wearing his battle outfit before he confronted Dio with his mentor.

Curiously scratching his head, he takes in his surroundings, filled with wonder and confusion. Concern for Erina rushes over him, sparking a determination to explore the area. With renewed hope, he sets off to uncover the mysteries of this enchanting place, hoping she might be nearby too.

"ERINA!" "ERINA!" he calls out, his voice shouting out from the forest, scaring some of the birds nearby, stopping at a puddle. He crouches down and uses his Hamon ripple to detect where she is seeing the direction of the puddle. He heads north, sprinting with his heart racing.

He stops at a clearing of trees where a sword in a sheath lies with the grass breezing it begins to spark and hum in response to the ripple of Hamon, but there was no Erina.

"It can't be!?" Jonathan exclaimed, shocked as he walked hesitantly into the clearing. He stepped near the sword, picked it up, and examined the handle for confirmation. "Luck and Pluck! I thought this was lost to me—how did it end up here?"

As he looked around the field, a wave of sadness washed over him while he thought about Erina. He gazed up at the night sky, which was filled with stars. Suddenly, he noticed a rustling in the bushes, and his hopes began to rise. He rushed over to investigate but was abruptly stopped by a monster emerging from the underbrush.

"What in heaven's name is this creature?!" Jonathan exclaimed as he stared at the goblin, which was brandishing a rusted dagger and rushing toward him with malicious intent. With a swift pivot, he drew his sword and delivered a fierce slash that cut down the goblin.

Looking at the goblin's body, he was surprised that the goblin slowly faded away into dust and left a colorful shard behind. "I know I didn't use the ripple in the slash, so why did it break into dust like one of Dios' minions?" Jonathan was confused and had more questions than answers

Seeing a glint of a stone on the ground where the goblin he had slain, he crouched down to pick up and inspect the colorful stone. Just as he was about to store it in his pockets for later, he heard more rustling in the bushes. "Looks like there are more of these foul creatures," he muttered to himself. He braced himself, heart racing, as five goblins burst out of the underbrush. Following them, their leader emerged, brandishing a staff and wearing a crown, growling fiercely at him.

With a deep inhale, JoJo begins to glow a bright golden color, the sparkling energy wafting off him in waves. The two goblins step back, intimidated by this powerful aura. However, their fear is abruptly silenced when their leader, enraged by their hesitation, unleashes a blast of fire, killing one of their kin to get them in line.

"Magic?" he thought surprised by the hobgoblins spell Transferring the Hamon into his sword, Jonathan begins to charge with the broad sword going after there leader not taking any chances

4 of the goblins rushed forward but was finished in various heavy slashes not even given a chance to swing their own weapons they burned away into dust leaving shards like before which jojo took note his thoughts interupted by the spell of ice shot his way. Dodging the ice projectile, it hit the bark of a weak tree and brought it down

Grimacing at the attack shown, he planned as he recovered into a sprinted to close the distance hobgoblin noticing this shot out a fire ball but was shocked by jojos reach

ZOOOOM PUNCH

////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

zoom punch

The attack involves a Ripple breathing technique that dislocates and stretches the joints to extend the arm and give it greater reach while also using the same Ripple to dull the pain caused by the move. Due to the increased length, the strike immediately reaches the opponent's face first

Punching the fireball and imbuing the Hamon to use his now ignited fist to land a devastating attack on the hobgoblin

watching as the hobgoblin burned into dust, it dropped a bigger shard than the others

"What fascinating creatures could these be?" he mused, examining the tiny stone with curiosity. Putting it away in his backpack with the others, he decided it was time to seek shelter. Though the surroundings were unfamiliar, he felt a spark of hope: by moving forward, he could discover a way out. With renewed determination, Jonathan set off, ready for adventure, his backpack and sword by his side, embracing whatever lay ahead.
