The final exam bell rang, and the whole nursing department exploded with cheers. Papers flew in the air, people hugged, and someone even opened a bottle of cheap sparkling wine in the hallway.
The second semester was over. Two whole months of break waited ahead, the longest one they would get before the new session started.
Elias stepped out of the exam hall with a tired smile. He had spent days and nights reading so hard so that he wouldn't get any carryovers. All he wanted was to go home and have a long rest but he had barely put his pen away when the crowd found him.
"Yo! Elias! I've got a party at my place on Saturday! You have to come!"
"Yeah! A lot of hot dudes and girls would be there. Even from the other department,"
"Well, can you give me your number, man. We're making a group for the break!"
"Hey, our celebrity Omega, drinks on me tonight!"
