"Against supernatural law," Luca chuckled.
"What drugs are the two of you on?" the man laughed at us.
Luca flashed his fangs and retracted them again.
"Is that supposed to scare me?" the man chuckled.
"No. It is supposed to convince you," Luca sighed.
"You're gonna have to try harder," the man challenged.
Luca bit into his palm and showed the man, and then licked off the blood before holding out his arm to the man. The wound healed in front of his eyes.
"Could be some Halloween trick," the man chucked, but his face gave him away. He wanted to believe.
"We have a vampire friend who can't leave his house. He needs a human to feed and survive. In return, you get to drink back from him and stay young.
"There is no way I am following you to someone's house," the man said and started to walk away from us.
Luca punched him so hard that he passed out.
"What did you do that for?" I scolded.
