Jazz's POV
"Zion…" I whispered, brushing his hair as he slept peacefully in my lap.
"Just five more minutes," he murmured, clinging to me like a child.
I smiled softly, continuing to ruffle his hair.
"Okay. Five more minutes."
The studio was calm, wrapped in a comforting silence.
When Zion finally stirred, he took my hand and slipped a bracelet onto my wrist — a delicate swan, cool against my skin.
"Babe," he said, his voice low, "swans stay loyal for life. Once they love, they never leave."
He pulled me into his arms, holding me like he was scared to ever let go.
"I'll love you even more than a swan ever could," he whispered.
We spent a few more hours together before I got ready to leave. I'd be dead if my parents knew that I was spending a decent time with my boyfriend just because they don't accept our relationship.
