Emma chuckled softly, dabbing her eyes with a handkerchief. "She will keep us all on our toes."
Aidan's gaze softened as he looked at the baby. "And she will be raised surrounded by love, with an uncle ready to teach her everything."
Lianna gave him a playful, exhausted look. "Not too much. Let her be a lady first."
The laughter in the room was warm.
Then Aidan cleared his throat, his voice carrying a note of quiet excitement.
"There's more," he said, glancing between Daphne, Lianna, and Finn.
"Mother and Father sent word two days ago. They're coming in a week's time to welcome their granddaughter."
Lianna's eyes widened with joy, her hand tightening around Finn's.
Daphne's heart leapt.
"They're coming…" she whispered, eyes shining.
"Yes," Aidan confirmed, his own smile breaking through. "Father said nothing would keep them away. Mother said she was already preparing gifts."
Lianna laughed softly, "Then our little girl will be loved beyond measure."
