*Chapter 36: *Sophia visits*
Mira cautiously approached the door, her heart racing with anticipation. "Who is it?" she whispered.
The voice on the other side hesitated before responding, "It's me, Sophia. I forgot to tell you something important."
Mira's eyes widened as she unlocked the door. Sophia slipped inside, her eyes darting around the room nervously.
"What is it?" Mira asked, her voice low.
Sophia took a deep breath. "I remembered something else. Alexandra's meetings aren't just with anyone. I saw her talking to... a souciate of venom."
Mira's eyes widened in shock . venom? Isn't he/she the same person responsible for the tragedy that killed Leo's family?
Sophia nodded, her face pale. "I know it sounds crazy, but I'm telling the truth. You need to be careful, Mira. If Alexandra is working with Venom, you're in grave danger."
Mira's mind reeled with the implications. What did it mean? Was Alexandra's plan to take down Leo just a ruse?
As Sophia turned to leave, Mira grabbed her arm. "Thank you for telling me.
Sophia smiled weakly. "I just want the truth to come out."
With that, Sophia disappeared into the night, leaving Mira to ponder the shocking revelation.
But why wait all this year's just to tell her what if she never came...
