SOOHA looked at Wooju as he flopped onto Wooju's bed, as if it was his bed. Wooju just sighed and walked towards his study table. It's always with Sooha who forgot to bring his house keys, that he crashed in his room to wait for his parents to come home.
Being close neighbors was troublesome for Wooju, especially when it's Sooha.
"Hey, are you really gonna finish your homework right after coming home from school?" Sooha looked at Wooju who was taking out his text books from his bag.
Wooju frowned, "Isn't it something that you should do too?" he asked, looking at Sooha as he puts down his pencil case on his study table, "At least, if I finish my homework now, I have more free time at nights," he added.
Sooha frowned, "Are you really aiming to be the number one person in our batch?" he asked.
Wooju sighed, "It's not about aiming to be number one. But, it's about how not to waste time,"
Wooju hated wasting time. It's like, if he cant finish all his homework after school, it means that he's gonna have less time to play his games online at nights, or he won't be able to have more time to laze around and rest at nights!
Now, that's a nightmare to him.
He took a glance at Sooha who was laying down on his back, scrolling down on his phone. Then, he continued focusing on his homework.
"Wooju,"
Wooju stopped and turned his head towards Sooha, looking all annoyed as his focus was distracted, "What?" he asked.
He swear on his games, if Yoon Sooha is going to make him more and more annoyed, he'll gonna throw him away from his window. He looked at Sooha who was looking at him up and down.
"What is it?" Wooju asked again. When Sooha was looking at him, he suddenly got this uncomfortable feeling , lingering inside his body.
Looking at Sooha going back on scrolling his phone, suddenly made his rage level increase, what the fuck?
Sooha took a deep breath, putting down his phone on the bed and sit down facing Wooju. His innocent face looked at him, making Wooju a bit - uncomfortable, but at the same time, deep down, he suddenly had a thought that Sooha was looking adorable.
Until ...
"I am pretty sure, you're gonna be an Omega,"
Wooju turned his head towards Sooha with his annoyed face, "HUH?"
Sooha looked at Wooju, "You. I am pretty sure you're going to be an Omega,"
Wooju frowned, "What is that supposed to mean?"
"How tall are you?" Sooha asked, with his blank face.
"Probably more than a hundred sixty,"
"See, if you're not going to grow more, you're definitely going to be an Omega," Sooha said, looking back to his phone.
Wooju looked at Sooha with his annoyed face, "Then, what about you?"
Sooha looked at Wooju, smirking.
"Well, I am a hundred seventy something now, so definitely not an Omega,"
"How sure are you?" Wooju asked.
Sooha smiled, "I am a hundred percent sure,"
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
SOOHA looked at Wooju who was in bed, squirming inside his blanket. He was not planning to come, but the teacher made him to, by asking him to deliver the coursework material that he probably need on the next class he enters after he's feeling better.
He looked at Wooju's flushed face. He looked like he was sleeping in pain. He sat down on Wooju's bed, putting his hand on his forehead. The heat was so surprising that Sooha quickly took his hand away from him.
"H-hey, Wooju. Are you dying?" he asked, feeling worried as the heat touched his hand earlier was so high.
Looking at Wooju slowly opening his eyes as if he was in a deep pain, suddenly made Sooha got teary-eyed.
"You're not gonna die, right?" Sooha asked again.
Wooju looked at Sooha. He pull down a bit of his blanket, only to his eyes level. A short, weak smile was drawn on his face under the blanket.
"I ... won't ... die," he said in a slow voice.
"But, you're scorching hot," Sooha said.
"Yeah, I know." Wooju looked at Sooha, "A-are you worried?"
"Hell yes, I am worried. You're my friend," he said.
"F-friend?"
"Hey, I know that I always annoyed you here and there, but you're my friend since kindergarten, what do you think that I am not gonna worried when you're sick like you're gonna die soon like this?"
Sooha could hear Wooju chuckling. It was slow, but with his sharp ears, he could hear them so clear, "You dare laughing at me?"
ย Wooju looked at Sooha,
"Thanks, for worrying about me," he said, pushing out his right hand out of the blanket, searching for Sooha's hand, "Thank you so much," he added as he grabbed Sooha's hand tight.
Sooha looked at Wooju, he was slowly going back to sleep. He then looked down to his hand, Wooju was holding his hand tight. As if he never wanted him to go away.
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
SOOHA looked at the empty table in front of him. It has been empty for quite a while. Right after Wooju recovered from his 'deadly' fever, the teacher said that his family had urgent matters to attend to, so they had to move out from the country.ย
And just before they received their second gender test results.
Sooha held on his white envelope tightly as he looked at Wooju's table. He took a sneak peek at the results and he was beyond devastated. He couldn't believe what he just saw, that he only sat down on his place, facing Wooju's empty table.
What should I do?
Remembering his second gender result, Sooha suddenly shivered. He suddenly felt afraid of everyone in his class. Not to mention how he noticed the other guys in the class were looking at him, with their weird looks.
"Hey, Sooha!"
Sooha was shocked to have Yujin hugging him from his back. He turned his head, looking at the twins with an awkward smile on his face, "Y-yeah?"
Gyujin looked at Sooha,
"Got to know your second gender test results yet?"
Sooha shook his head. No way he's going to tell them his result. No way!
"Well, we managed to take a sneak peek at our results though," Yujin said, smiling as he looked at Sooha.
"Yujin's a Dominant Alpha,"
"Gyujin's a Dominant Alpha too!"
Sooha looked at the two of them,
"You must be an Alpha too, right?"
Sooha looked at Yujin and Gyujin with a smile on his face, "Y-yeah,"
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
SOOHA opened his eyes, panting as he sat down on his bad, looking at his own reflection in the mirror right in front of his bed.
Huff ...
Huff ...
It's been a while since he had that dream. That dream, that one painful dream.
CREAK~
Sooha turned his head towards his door. The face of his sister came out from the door,
"I heard you struggling in your sleep, oppa. Was it the same dream again?"
"Minha ..." Sooha looked at his little sister, a short smile was drawn on his face, "I-it's fine," he said as he waved his hands towards his little sister, as a gesture to invite her into his room.
Sooha's eyes followed every steps Minha made into his room. She slowly hopped on Sooha's bed, laying down next to him. Sooha quickly covered her with his blanket, listening to the raining sounds from the outside.
"You cant sleep, huh?"
Minha just nodded her head as she hugged him by his waist. Sooha just smiled.
"Did you have the same dream again, oppa?"
Sooha looked at Minha, frowning.
"What dream?"
Minha was silent. She remember, looking at her brother coming home from school in a very very very messed up state. His clothes were all wet and dirty. His face ...
Minha quickly tighten the hug on Sooha's waist. She had promised herself, never to bring back that story again. And she almost broke it. She sunk her face on Sooha's embrace, hiding her teary eyes. She took a peek at Sooha's wrist, then she hid her face again before slowly dozing off to dreamland.
Sooha looked at Minha, a short smile was drawn on his face. Sooha looked outside of his window, where his room was across Wooju's room before he took off, leaving. Then, he shut his eyes, wishing all the things happened in his life would be gone when he opens his eyes again.
