Ye Hao hated mornings.
His alarm buzzed endlessly as sunlight leaked through the curtains of his cramped dorm room. He groaned, tossed his pillow at the clock, and rolled over.
"Five more minutes…" he mumbled.
But his best friend SoKim was already up and dressed.
"Hao! You'll be late again. Professor Yun already hates you."
Ye Hao sat up lazily, scratching his head. "Let him. I didn't do anything wrong."
SoKim laughed. "That's exactly the problem."

Campus life at Blue Sky University was simple. Classes, café breaks, gaming at night — and for Ye Hao, one more thing:
_Liu Mei.
The beautiful, graceful girl he'd been chasing since his first year.
Every glance she gave him felt like a victory. Every smile, a reason to keep trying. She was perfect.
And today, she had agreed to lunch with him.
---
As he walked to class, Ye Hao noticed something strange.
The sky shimmered — just for a moment.
Like glass cracking... or reality bending.
But no one else seemed to see it.
Weird.
---
Liu Mei met him at the garden café, as elegant as ever.
"So… you asked me out today," she said with a smirk.
Ye Hao smiled nervously. "Yeah. I just thought we could—"
Suddenly, the ground trembled.
Across the sky, a glowing blue rift tore open — a massive _gate- pulsing with energy. Students screamed. Buildings shook.
It was the beginning of something no one understood.
But Ye Hao would soon learn:
This was the day his world started to end…
