Chapter 4 - Prophecy and Candy.

Tail? What tail did Centa have? "I don't see your tail, though."

Centa blushed deeper. "Ah, well, it's just that it looks a bit ugly, and a lot of the other centipede didn't like it when I didn't have a consciousness so I do not want to torment you with the ugliness of my tail."

Kyle rolled his eyes before patting her head. "Look, don't listen to others' bad words about your body, don't hide your tail, you can bring it out as much as you like, even Lily's large and overly pink tail is out and she isn't complaining."

Back on the couch, Lily pouted. "Big brother, the amount of pink on my tail is just right, and my tail is not that large. Only male dragons have large tails."

Kyle pursed his lips and didn't think much of her words but turned to Centa. "You see, Lily doesn't care if someone commented about her tail, she would just refute them and prove them wrong so learn from your aunt and you can stop hiding your tail, it must feel uncomfortable."

Centa hesitated for a moment before slowly nodding. The back of her sweater shifted a little, and the mass reduced a bit, and then, from her skirt, a centipede-like black and green tail with two small spikes slowly moved around as if taking in the fresh air.

Kyle didn't find anything ugly about her tail and smiled. "See, your tail isn't ugly. It actually looks cute."

Centa pressed her lips tightly and looked down while fiddling with her fingers. She softly thanked him, and Kyle smiled, then turned to Necro and Lily. "Ok guys, let's go eat, and I'll make you some rooms to rest in."

After saying that, the three kids followed Kyle into the kitchen and sat at their respective seats at the dining table. At the sight of the meat, Lily's stomach grumbled, and she blushed with embarrassment.

Kyle looked at her but said nothing.

He then turned to the rest and spoke. "You guys didn't wash your hands, so go to the sink and do that real quick, and even though you aren't going to use your hands to eat, you still need to wash them so go or else no lunch? For you."

For some reason, all of them pouted but did as he said.

In another part of the world.

The World Guild Association looked at a concerning prophecy from the diamond-level adventure that had the Oracle Class.

[The era of calamity has come, a threat far worse than the Demon lord has appeared in the world, his name is unknown, but it is said in prophecy. 'It shall bring about judgement upon who it finds wrong.' It is called many names, but three are more significant than all. The father of death, The Great Transformer and The Lolimancer.]

The Guild chamber was silent. The parchment lay upon the crystal-inlaid table, glowing faintly as if the words themselves resisted fading. Every elder present could feel their spines tingle as the last three titles echoed in their minds.

"Father of Death… Great Transformer… Lolimancer?" Elder Veyrus muttered, brows furrowed. "Such a strange contradiction of names. The first reeks of terror, the second of upheaval, but the third—" He paused, clearly uncomfortable saying it aloud again.

Across the room, a younger guild officer slammed his hands on the table. "This prophecy can't be ignored! The Demon Lord nearly wiped out half the continents last era, and now something worse is coming? What sort of being carries all those names?"

The Oracle who had received the vision sat hunched in a chair, trembling. Her eyes, still glowing faint blue, darted nervously as if she feared something listening. "I… I only glimpsed shadows. Its form kept changing, a presence that shifted between horror and… innocence. Each name given is not a lie. They're truths from different tongues. Wherever it walks, the world bends—its enemies are devoured, its allies transformed, and… the children it favours follow willingly."

The chamber fell into uneasy silence.

Back at Kyle's home, completely unaware of the trembling guild halls and shaking empires, the table was filled with the warmth of roasted meat and vegetables. Necro and Lily returned from washing their hands, still damp, and Centa carefully sat down with her tail curled protectively around her chair leg.

Kyle clapped his hands together. "Alright, let's eat. You all need to grow strong and healthy. Can't have you collapsing on me halfway through the day."

Necro chuckled and clutched Skully tightly. "But Daddy, aren't you the one who is supposed to grow strong and healthy? How else are you going to be with us if you're sick?"

Kyle paused. He didn't want to say it to her face and say humans don't live that long and are really fragile, and even if he was healthy, he would have died of old age—.

DING.

"..." Why does this stupid lolimancer system always interrupt him whenever he is lamenting internally?

He sighed and opened the phone.

[LS: Bro, you're the Daddy of Death. Do you think titles are there just for show?

Kyle's lips twitched. First, it was the house chatting with him, and now it was the system. What next would Lily, Centa, and Necro get phones?

[LS: Yes, they will, but not at the moment. They at least have to reach level ten and advance three of their skill trees to the third stage.]

[KK: What do you want?]

[LS: I want to tell you that you are immortal since the lich queen is considered a demigod of death in your other game and she is basically your daughter you are favoured by death itself and are extremely resilient at staying alive, so even if you live for a million years, you will be left unchanged and if you die...well it would take some time for you to be revived. What I'm trying to say is that titles are powerful, and you should try getting more and also eat one of the growth candies and give the others the rest if it's after they are done eating.]

[KK:ok.]

He put the phone in his pocket and continued eating. He wants to take a nap after resolving everything with the girls.

A while later, after they were done, Kyle used the Loli Room creation on a random wall and saw a lot of settings, from favourite colour to favourite type of toy and so on, he of course asked every single one of the girl of their prefances before he made the rooms and customised them.

After that, he made their rooms close to each other and then turned to them with a plain look on his face. "Girls, I'm tired, so are you three? So go to bed, and we can wake up early tomorrow or late i don't mind."

Lily pouted and crossed her arms. "But Big brother, I'm not tired, I still have energy."

Kyle turned to Lily and gave her a long stare before speaking. "If you all are willing to go to sleep now, I'll give you candy."

Also he forgot about Necro needing a soul to eat...and ended up turning it into Centa, how should he feed her now..

[Ding, the Growth Candy can replenish the hunger of Lolis.]

When he heard the ding and opened his phone.

Kyle felt a wave of relief wash over him. The timing of the system's "helpful" tips was impeccable, even if its sass was becoming a bit much to handle.

[LS: Seriously, Bro, stop overthinking the feeding logistics. One Growth Candy has enough compressed mana and "love" to keep a high-tier summon satisfied for a week. It even counts as a soul substitute for Necro—minus the whole 'murdering people' part.]

"Alright, alright," Kyle muttered, pulling the small, glittering pouch of candies from his inventory.

Kyle held the pouch of Growth Candies, which shimmered like polished gemstones through the fabric. The moment he pulled them out, the atmosphere in the room changed.

Lily's wings buzzed with sudden intensity, Necro's crimson eyes widened, and Centa's tail began to thump rhythmically against the floorboards. To them, these weren't just sweets; they were concentrated essence, smelling of honey and ancient power.

"Wait, one at a time," Kyle warned, holding the pouch high as three pairs of eyes followed his hand with predatory focus.

He handed the first one to Necro. The moment it touched her tongue, a faint, ghostly pulse radiated from her body. Her pale skin gained a healthy, pearlescent sheen, and her oversized crown settled more firmly on her head.

[Necro has consumed Growth Candy!]

[Bond XP +50. Level Up! Lvl 1 -> Lvl 3]

Necro's hunger for souls has been sated. She feels... loved.

Next was Centa. She took the candy with a dignified bow, though she swallowed it in one gulp. Instantly, the green markings on her tail began to glow with a toxic brilliance, and she stood an inch taller, her posture even more regal.

[Centa has consumed Growth Candy!]

[Bond XP +50. Level Up! Lvl 1 -> Lvl 3]

Centa's exoskeleton has hardened. She feels... acknowledged.

Finally, he handed one to Lily. She snatched it and did a little spin in the air, her pink dragon scales shimmering.

[Lily has consumed Growth Candy!]

[Bond XP +50. Level Up! Lvl 1 -> Lvl 2]

Lily's mana reserves have stabilized. She feels... protective.

"And one for the 'Daddy of Death' himself," Kyle muttered, popping a gold-colored candy into his own mouth. It tasted like a mixture of black coffee and peace and quiet—exactly what he needed.

As the candies took effect, Kyle's phone screen lit up with a notification that made his heart skip a beat.

[Notice: Regional Alert]

Your presence has been sensed by the World Guild Association's Oracle. Your current 'Family Rating' has triggered a Class-1 Prophecy.

[New Title Available: Calamity Father]

(Requirement: Have 3+ summons at Level 10 or higher)

Kyle stared at the screen. Calamity Father? Prophecy? He just wanted to eat deer meat and sleep in a house that didn't talk back to him. Now, apparently, the entire world was preparing for his "arrival" as if he were a walking apocalypse.

"Big Brother?" Lily tilted her head, noticing his pale face. "You look like you saw a ghost. And not the cute kind like Necro's skulls."

"I'm fine," Kyle lied, quickly pocketing the phone. "Just... the candy was a bit sour. Now, everyone, to your rooms. I mean it. If I hear one 'Skull Blast' or 'Dragon Claw' in the hallway, I'm taking back the candy privileges for a week."

The girls scrambled. Necro skipped toward her new room (which was decorated with "cute" velvet-lined coffins and glowing moss), Centa marched to hers (a lush, indoor forest-themed suite), and Lily flew into her room (filled with clouds and pink silk).

Kyle walked to his own room—the Master Suite. It was simple, modern, and blissfully quiet. He sat on the edge of the bed and looked at the green spike Centa had given him.

Using his [Crafting] skill, he saw what he could craft with these things.

Kyle held the vibrant green spike in his palm, focusing his intent on the [Crafting] skill. His phone vibrated, and a translucent blueprint projected into the air before him, showing various possibilities for the material.

[Item Detected: Centa's Gift (High-Grade Poison Spike)]

[Crafting Options Available:]

Venomous Dirk (Rare): A short blade that deals heavy poison damage.

Father's Protection Bracelet (Rare): A charm that grants the wearer 50% Poison Resistance.

Materials Processing: Break down into "Liquid Venom" and "Hardened Chitin."

Kyle didn't hesitate. He wasn't much of a front-line fighter yet, and given his new "immortality," he figured he'd better make sure he didn't spend his eternal life paralyzed by some random forest viper. He selected the Protection Bracelet.

Green light swirled around his hand, and the spike softened, curling and thinning until it became a sleek, dark-green band that fit perfectly around his wrist.

[Item Crafted: Centa's Embrace (Bracelet)]

[Grade: Rare]

[Attributes: +5 Constitution, Permanent Poison Immunity (Low-Mid Tier).]

[Flavor Text: "A daughter's wish for her father to never fall."]

"Not bad," Kyle whispered, feeling a strange warmth from the bracelet. It wasn't just a stat boost; he could feel the connection to Centa through it.

He lay back on the bed, staring at the ceiling. The quiet of the Eternal Homestead was a stark contrast to the chaotic world outside that apparently thought he was the next great Calamity.
