Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: I'm a dark elf?

Chapter 1: I'm a dark elf ?

"Didn't I die?" A dark elf with the appearance of someone in their late twenties scanned his surroundings.

He sat up and found himself inside a dilapidated wooden house, his head covered in bandages.

He was confused, and scanning his body, he was surprised to find he had dark skin, long white hair, and a slender figure.

"Don't tell me I was transmigrated?" Unfortunately, he didn't have any recollection of this body.

"You're finally awake," someone called to him as the wooden door opened.

He looked toward the voice; it was an old man with dark skin, white hair, pointy ears, and purple eyes walking inside.

"How are your injuries, Vel?"

"Vel?" So that was the name of the original owner of the body.

And judging from the appearance of the old man, he looked like a dark elf from a fantasy anime.

He touched his ears and felt that they were pointy, similar to the old man's.

Therefore, he was sure he was a dark elf.

"Vel," the old man called out again.

That's when Vel woke up from his contemplation.

"Apologies, old man. I seem to have no recollection of you. Maybe my memories were affected by the blow to my head," he said, touching his bandaged head, acting to gather information.

"Sigh… the blow to your head must have caused you to forget your memories."

"Since that's the case, allow me to explain the situation to you."

"Not long ago, a group of human traffickers and slave traders launched a massive attack to capture all the nearby tribes at the periphery of the endless mystic mountains."

"Many of the scattered tribes of other races were captured, and we were surrounded. Therefore, the other tribes, whether hostile or other races, formed an alliance to resist."

"Our dark elf tribe was among them, along with the half-elf tribes, foxkin tribes, catkin tribes, and ice elf tribes."

"The five tribes joined together to resist, and we were able to drive them out; however, there were many casualties, one of them being you."

"I thought you didn't have a chance to survive; out of my expectations, you survived."

"I forgot to tell you, I'm Norman, the village chief of the dark elf tribe."

"So, that's what happened."

"Indeed, considering that you are already fine, I should take my leave now, as I have others to check on," Norman explained and departed without uttering another word.

As he was processing the information, he caught a glimpse of options in the left corner of his eyes.

"What is this?" he thought, then clicked it. As expected, it expanded.

Written above the virtual panel:

"Lust Shopping System."

With four options: Personal Status, Store, System Inventory, and a description of how to earn lust points to buy goods at the store.

To earn points, he had to engage in sexual activity with a woman who had a beauty score of 85 and above.

The first intimacy could reward him with 1,000 lust points, and every time he could satisfy a woman, he could receive ten lust points.

In the store, there was magical equipment and accessories, among them, fine-grade magic items like stockings, underwear, and even high heels.

He could also exchange the lust points for gold coins, at a rate of one lust point for 100 gold coins.

Magical food, like purple magic rice, magic items like magic soaps and shampoos, magic scrolls, magic potions; moreover, there were undead warriors and mages that could be summoned upon paying.

Upon gathering the system information, Vel, a twenty-four-year-old virgin in his past life, couldn't help but be excited.

Furthermore, he was tired of his life on Earth, just like a stimulator, doing nothing except work, going home at night, then working again tomorrow.

In this new world, he wanted to be free and do everything he desired.

Therefore, he decided to go out, looking for his prey.

Vel stood up from the bed, looking for slippers or boots, but he found nothing.

With a shake of his head, he wore the black cloak hanging from the wooden pole, then walked outside.

Outside, there were other dilapidated wooden houses. Not only that, but there were also other houses being built in different directions. He could vaguely see figures from a distance.

There were half-elves and a group of people with animal ears and tails, probably the foxkin and catkin the old man had mentioned before.

The foxkin had brown hair and brown fluffy tails, while the catkin had black hair. In the other direction, there were elves with blue hair also building their own settlement.

"Hmm... they built their villages nearby our settlement, probably to concentrate our strength and avoid being captured and sold as slaves."

Such a concentrated population with more than four thousand in the periphery of the endless mystic mountains.

"With scarce resources, I'm afraid this alliance will not last long, especially since there were many casualties in the previous battle, according to the old man."

So most of the population was female, young and old, with only a few men left.

With a shake of his head, he thought, "Maybe they already anticipated a lack of resources sooner or later, but the only way for survival is to gather together."

Meanwhile, at the foxkin village, there was a small thatch hut.

Inside, a sleeping foxkin male woke up, his stomach growling.

"I'm hungry," he thought, looking at the two people nearby, a woman around thirty years old and a girl around six years old, arranging their belongings.

"I'm hungry, did you find any food?"

"Fohl, our food was consumed this morning; we don't have any left," the woman said with resentment and fear in her eyes.

"Then go and find something for us to eat, or borrow from the villagers," Fohl angrily said, and he stood up.

"I just went out and borrowed from them; however, they didn't have anything left for themselves."

Hearing the woman's answer, Fohl angrily scolded them and slapped the woman.

"You useless thing! Then go and borrow from the nearby villagers; there are the catkin tribes and three elf tribes. Why don't you try?"

"Father, please don't hit mother," the little girl pleaded; however, Fohl got angrier and hit the little girl.

Fortunately, her mother pulled her behind.

He slapped the woman again. She held her swollen cheeks, her body trembling. Then, he strode out.

The man's name is Fohl, the son of the previous chief of the foxkin tribe. He was lazy, only knew how to drink alcohol, and relied on his father.

Unfortunately, his father died in the battle.

The woman's name is Fei, the most beautiful woman in their tribe in the past.

While the little girl's name is Fran, Fohl and Fei's daughter.

"Mother, I'm hungry," Fran said, holding her growling belly.

Fei bent down and hugged her daughter, then she loosened her embrace, looking into her daughter's eyes.

"Wait for mother for a while. Mother will go out and find delicious food for you to eat," Fei explained, rubbing her daughter's head.

"Hmm," Fran uttered and obediently nodded.

"Sleep for a while. Once mother goes back, the food will be ready."

"Promise?"

"Yes, I promise," Fei replied and raised her pinky finger, then hooked it to Fran's finger.

Afterward, she carried Fran into the straw mat placed on the bed and laid her down.

"Fran, an obedient child, closed her eyes."

Once her daughter closed her eyes, Fei went out. She couldn't rely on her fellow villagers, let alone her husband, so she mustered her courage and strode toward the nearby catkin village.

Unfortunately, they, too, were in the same situation. With no other choice, she had to resort to borrowing from the elves.

All of this was witnessed by Vel, who was observing while walking and surveying the village, looking for a potential target.

Indeed, there were many qualified women among them, whether they were dark elves, half-elves, ice elves, or the foxkin and catkin. He spotted a dozen of them.

Thinking that this woman seemingly needed help and her beauty had reached 94 points, this was his chance, even though he didn't have provisions himself.

"What of it?" He had a system. Once he did the deed, he would receive lust points, which he could use to buy food in the system.

Therefore, Vel approached the foxkin woman.

"Hello, my name is Vel, and I live in the nearby village."

Fei, who heard this, looked at the dark elf in front of her.

"Mister, apologies, I have something to do, so I should take my leave," Fei replied dismissively and turned around.

"Wait, I heard your conversation just now."

Fei turned around and faced Vel, asking, "If you heard it, are you willing to let me borrow provisions from you?"

Vel didn't reply directly. "If you want provisions, follow me," he said as he walked toward his dilapidated house.

Fei, although suspicious that this person had no good intentions, what could she do? She couldn't let her daughter suffer from hunger.

With her hand clenched at her tattered skirt, she followed Vel.
