Chapter 2790 - Ch: 116-117 (The End)

Chapter 116: Finale Part 1: The Purple Sweet Potato descends? Just a large side dish to go with drinks

# Chapter 121

A fissure split across the sky of New York.

It was not like the viscous purple cracks from Dormammu's previous invasion, but rather a nearly dead, pale void.

Fierce winds poured backward along the atmospheric fault, churning the clouds above Manhattan into thousands of shattered cotton clusters.

The alarms of Stark Tower were blaring so loudly they felt like they were about to explode.

Tony Stark wore the Mark 50 nano-armor, hovering in mid-air.

The display screen before him was crammed with red warnings.

In orbit thirty thousand kilometers away from Earth, densely packed giant ring warships were slowly steering into the atmosphere, and that heavy sense of oppression even caused Earth's magnetic field to shudder physiologically.

"Sir, high-energy gravitational field detected." Friday's voice trembled in Tony's ear, "This energy level... has exceeded any known civilization reserves of ours. That is Thanos."

Cold sweat oozed from Tony's palms.

He turned his head to look at the apartment below on the top floor of the building that remained as steady as a mountain.

Aaron was lying under the parasol on the terrace.

He held a transparent crystal bowl in his hand, filled with mutant grapes freshly airlifted from Wakanda.

Every single one shone with a deep purple, exuding a gem-like texture under the sunlight.

Wanda was holding an exquisite little silver scissor, carefully helping him trim the fruit stems.

Lorna squatted to the side, using her magnetic field to control several ice cubes dancing in a cola cup.

"Aaron, that guy is blocking the light."

Aaron spat out a grape seed, his tone leaking a thick sense of impatience.

He lifted his eyelids, glancing at the huge shadow on the skyline that blotted out the sky.

Thanos sat upon the main seat of his Sanctuary II.

His old purple face was carved full of wrinkles named "Destiny".

He gripped that golden Infinity Gauntlet inlaid with two Infinity Stones, his gaze looking down upon this Planetthat, in his eyes, was already terminally ill.

"I am inevitable."

Thanos's voice drifted along the Void Realm, transmitting into everyone's minds, "I have come to grant this Universe... balance."

"Inevitable your head."

Aaron sat up from the lounge chair.

He stretched his cervical spine, which had become somewhat stiff from lying down for too long, making cracking sounds at his joints.

"Tony, put away your iron can. You're blocking my performance."

Aaron stood up, walking barefoot toward the edge of the terrace.

He did not fly, nor did he use magic.

He simply took a gentle step toward the Void Realm.

At that very second, the gravity constant of all of New York—no, the entire Earth—seemed to shift because of this single action.

Aaron's figure abruptly vanished from the terrace.

The next second, he directly appeared inside the flagship cabin of Thanos's Sanctuary II.

A scorched smell brought on by instantaneous displacement lingered in the air.

Thanos abruptly stood up, his original expression of compassion for all living beings instantly melting into extreme terror the moment he saw Aaron, like snow meeting the scorching sun.

"You are that 'irrational number' that disrupted the order?"

Thanos clenched the gauntlet tighter.

"I am a landlord who just wants to eat fruit in peace."

Aaron walked step by step toward the Titan with his hands in his pockets.

Thanos did not hesitate at all.

He roared, clenching his left fist as the Power Stone burst forth with a destructive purple glare.

That was an energy Impact capable of instantly shattering a Planet.

Aaron did not dodge.

Meeting that purple light, he walked through it as if passing through a layer of harmless mist.

The purple energy crashed against Aaron's light gray shirt, failing to leave even a trace of a wrinkle.

Under the overlapping defenses of Aaron's "Steel Body" and "absolute vector reflection", this absolute power capable of wiping out galaxies was as fragile as a broken light bulb.

Aaron walked up before Thanos.

The two had a Stark difference in body size.

Thanos was like a purple hill, whereas Aaron looked nothing more than an awake-yet-sleepy teenager.

Yet Thanos felt a pressure heavier than a black hole locking tightly onto his crown.

"This... This is impossible..."

Thanos's throat went hoarse.

He frantically drove the Space Stone, attempting to banish Aaron to the edge of the Universe.

Blue light flickered.

Aaron was still standing right there, his toes not even moving half an inch.

"These stones of yours, in my eyes, are just a bunch of marbles with decent colors."

Aaron extended his hand.

His movement was bizarrely slow, slow enough for Thanosto clearly see the patterns of his fingerprints.

But Thanos discovered that he was unexpectedly unable to move a single fraction of an inch.

His body, his consciousness, and even his so-called Titanpride were forcibly formatted by a high-dimensional will the moment Aaron raised his hand.

Aaron's hand gently clasped onto the Infinity Gauntlet.

"Crack."

That Divine Artifact crafted with all the painstaking effort of the Dwarf King instantly shattered into pieces under those fair fingers, like a crisp soda cracker.

Two stones—purple and blue—obediently dropped into Aaron's palm.

Aaron toyed with these two priceless stones, casually stuffing them into his hoodie pocket with a casualness as if he had just picked up two glass beads from the roadside.

"Your plan is too complicated. Half of all life?"

Aaron stared into Thanos's trembling eyes.

"If I were you, I would just go open a mystery box directly. Maybe you could unbox an ending where everyone lives smoothly, instead of playing murder games here."

Thanos fell to his knees on the deck.

His heart contracted violently.

He felt that his so-called "grand cause" collapsed into the most ridiculous joke before a single yawn from this teenager.

Aaron turned around.

He glanced at the Black Order trying to surround and attack him.

"Get back."

Three short words.

But at that exact moment, Aaron released Soul coercion fused with Dormammu's energy and Chaos Magic.

The red ripples swept across the entire Sanctuary II like a devastating plague.

Black Dwarf's body instantly collapsed into a meat patty.

Ebony Maw's proud face directly vaporized in terror.

The remaining thousands of ring warships, enveloped by the red light, turned into heaps of meaningless metallic scrap in the cosmic vacuum like crumpled wastepaper.

Aaron returned to the top floor of the building.

He lay back down on the rocking chair, tossing the two stones onto the coffee table.

"Stark, take them. Don't always look at me with that pleading gaze in the future; it ruins my vacation mood."

Tony landed on the terrace.

He looked at those two Infinity Stones on the coffee table that were still radiating terrifying aftershocks, yet were being used by Aaron as coasters, his fingertips trembling violently.

He knew.

Starting from today, there was no longer any "inevitability" in the Universe.

The only inevitability was this teenager sitting in the sofa eating grapes.

...

Night fell.

New York restored its former tranquility.

Wakanda's Vibranium wind chimes emitted crisp jangling sounds in the breeze.

Aaron held Wanda in his arms, looking at that distant Void Realm that he had casually smoothed out.

He could feel that the dark silver sling ring on his fingertip was emitting a sort of impatient tremor.

The script of the Marvel Universe seemed to have been nearly flipped to tatters by him.

"Aaron, you seem very bored."

Wanda leaned against his chest, speaking softly.

"Yeah."

Aaron took a sip of the special-supply cocktail just mixed by Red Queen, "The feeling of invincibility is actually a bit more boring than I imagined."

He turned his head, looking at that ring.

The faint light there grew increasingly bright, reflecting countless unknown new Worlds waiting for him to "renovate".

Aaron stood up.

"Red Queen, pack the luggage."

"The ownership of Tianting Group is left to Stark and Peter Parker."

"Tell them that if they ever lose Earth one day, don't come crying to me."

Aaron pulled open a huge, silver-white portal.

Behind that door was no longer any corner of this World, but a brilliant, brand-new multiverse.

He waved toward the girls behind him.

"Let's go."

"Change places and continue my lazy life."

Red figures, golden hair, dark green neon.

Amidst the astonished and awe-struck gazes of all superheroes, Aaron brought his entire "back garden" and stepped into that curtain of light.

Marvel's legend concludes here.

And his journey of invincibility has just begun.

Chapter 117: Finale Part Two: The Heavens Are Merely My Garden

The scene inside the spacetime channel looked like a faded kaleidoscope.

Colorful fragments of rules swept past Aaron's sides. In some fragments lay a steel wasteland covered by mechanical life, while others were a primitive World filled with primal Dragons.

Aaron had one hand in his pocket, and his other hand held Wanda. His back appeared exceptionally straight yet relaxed amidst these dimensional storms. Any spacetime turbulence sufficient to tear gods apart would instantly turn as gentle as a spring breeze the moment it touched the faint red glow on the surface of his body.

"Where are we going?" Lorna looked around curiously.

The magnetic field sensing at her fingertips became extremely chaotic here, but this instead gave her an unprecedented sense of freedom.

"To a place that's not so noisy."

Aaron stopped in his tracks.

He casually made a slash in the Void Realm.

The light screen before his eyes was like a huge piece of rice paper cut open from the middle, revealing a tranquil, deep starry sky behind it that was filled with primitive Spiritual Qi.

That was an azure Planet, but it was a hundred times larger than the Earth Aaron had previously stayed on.

The air was permeated with a substance called "Immortal Qi" or "source energy", so heavy it was almost condensing into liquid.

Aaron stepped into this realm.

He stood atop a mountain Peak that pierced straight into the clouds.

Beneath his feet, a sea of clouds surged.

Those were true spiritual clouds, and occasionally a few immortal birds with backs a hundred zhang wide streaked past, emitting crisp cries that pierced the Soul.

In the distance among the mountains, several unreasonably grand immortal School buildings were faintly visible, surrounded by purple Qi coming from the east and myriad auspicious signs.

"This plane... seems to have a very high Rank."

Red Queen's holographic projection appeared on Aaron's shoulder, countless lines of logic code rapidly flashing across her eyes.

"High-energy life forms detected. They call themselves 'Great Emperors', 'Supreme', or 'Ancestral Gods'."

Aaron took a deep breath.

That rich Spiritual Qi entered his lungs along his nasal cavity.

The moment his "Steel Body", which had already reached its limit, came into contact with this high-latitude energy, it emitted a slight roar.

It was like land that had been parched for ten thousand years, finally awaiting a true torrential rain.

"Master, there is a large-scale energy-level collision ahead."

Red Queen's small finger pointed toward the distant horizon.

There, the originally peaceful sea of clouds was forcibly torn apart.

Several light shadows as dazzling as stars were crazily intertwining.

The aftershocks brought by every collision could cause mountain ranges spanning tens of thousands of li to collapse into fine powder.

That was the Peak powerhouses of this World waging a so-called "Forbidden Zone Battle".

"Since we've come, we must have a place to stay."

Aaron looked at those immortal mountains that were being beaten to pieces, his brows furrowing slightly.

This kind of house-demolishing combat style heavily affected the quality of his afternoon nap.

He raised his hand.

This time, Aaron mobilized all the energy reserves within his body—Chaos Magic, the remaining might of the Infinity Stones, and the "Reality Modification Authority" deeply integrated into his Soul.

"Stop."

A short single word.

But this sound, through the blessing of the System, instantly spread across the entire Star Domain.

At that moment, several Great Emperor-level powerhouses who were fighting to the death discovered with horror that their Dao laws had extinguished.

Magic Treasures that could originally shatter the Void Realm instantly turned into the most ordinary pebbles on the roadside.

The divine radiance filling the sky extinguished, and the entire World plunged into an absolute, physiological silence.

Aaron led the women and walked slowly down from the clouds.

He stopped above the best-preserved immortal School.

There stood a huge white jade stele inscribed with three flourishing characters: [Covering Heavens School].

Aaron didn't even look at those Cultivators who were terrified and prostrating on the ground.

With a casual wave of his hand, red light enveloped the entire mountain range.

The defensive Formations that were originally filled with a murderous aura were transformed by him within a second into a constant-temperature automatic adjustment System.

Those boring storehouses used for storing divine medicine were teleported by him to the backyard, turning into a huge, automatically restocking wine cellar.

"The decoration style is alright, it's just that the weeds weren't pulled clean."

Aaron sat on that purple-gold throne that should have belonged to the sect leader.

He casually cushioned the throne with a few layers of expensive velvet.

He sank into it and let out a long sigh of relief.

"Lying down is still the most comfortable."

Wanda walked over and skillfully massaged his shoulders.

Gwen, meanwhile, discovered a color-changing exotic immortal flower on the terrace and was taking pictures excitedly.

Aaron beckoned.

The few "Great Emperors" who had been suppressed by him a hundred miles away and were trembling without daring to move were instantly dragged to the front of the hall by an irresistible gravitational pull.

These powerful beings who had ruled an era were now honestly kneeling beneath the steps.

They discovered that their proud "Dao" was like a toddler's plaything in front of this youth.

"Who handles logistics here?" Aaron asked, his eyes half-closed.

An old Supreme with white beard and hair raised his head tremblingly: "Reporting... reporting to the Exalted God, this old man is slightly versed in general affairs."

"Alright, from now on this company... no right, this Schoolbelongs to me."

Aaron took a shiny piece of the Infinity Stones out of his pocket and casually tossed it in front of the old man.

"Take it. This is the deposit. From now on, don't call this place any forbidden zone; call it 'Tianting Group Second Office'."

"My requirements are very simple."

Aaron took a sip of the top-grade immortal tea Red Queenhad just prepared, his expression lazy.

"Don't make noise, don't cause trouble. Pick the best immortal fruits for me every day. If I find any mountain displeasing to the eye, I'll go turn it into building blocks myself."

The powerhouses kowtowed.

That sound was neat and uniform, even carrying a trace of post-disaster fanaticism.

Aaron leaned against the throne, looking at that magnificent Xuanhuan starry sky outside the window.

This was only the first stop.

Inside his ring, there were still tens of thousands of unknown Worlds waiting for his "favor".

Every World would become his back garden. Every myth would be rewritten by his laziness.

The System issued a final pleasant prompt tone in his mind:

[Ding! Detected that the host has entered the Heavens stage.]

[Current objective: Enjoy the loneliness of invincibility to the fullest.]

[Wishing you a pleasant vacation.]

Aaron closed his eyes, the corners of his mouth hooking into an amused smile.

"Invincibility, huh."

"Wherever it is, it's actually all the same."

He hugged Wanda tighter in his arms, falling into a deep sleep amidst the bell chimes of ten thousand immortals worshiping.

In his dream, there was no smoke of gunpowder, no responsibilities.

Only that can of cola that never ran dry, iced to perfection.

This was his story.

One who was as willful and utterly invincible across the myriad heavens and realms...

A lazy myth.
