I reach the first location on the map the guild clerk gave me. No one is in sight.
The ground is disturbed; the disturbed earth and vegetation leads into the brush. The skittering sounds of harmless forest critters fill my ears. Then, a human voice, shouting! That way!
After some minutes of running through the forest, I enter a small clearing. A handful of bloodied adventurers are fighting something.
The adventurers appear to be a warrior and two rogues, up against a death knight like the one from the dungeon. This is a very bad match-up. Worse, they aren't well-coordinated like a party would be.
I recall Old Rick's moment of glory during the flood. He's mastered both his combat skills, and how to combine them. What will that look like in my case?
I continue running to join the conflict. The warrior is able to defend against the enemy, but the rogues aren't able to capitalize on this. Their tactics only work on living foes.
As I reach the battle, I use Sanctuary to protect myself, and smash into the death knight. The death knight is knocked tumbling away, screeching. Small white flames are clinging to it.
[ Skill activated: Holy - Sanctuary Charge ]
The warrior chases the tumbling death knight and rains down blows with his weapon while it's down. The death knight rises to its feet, but clearly in worse condition than before.
