Chapter 10 - Princess Obsession

Chapter 10

Writer's POV

In the dimly lit armory surrounded by the scent of leather and steel. Princess Diana steps closer to Lexi, her voice taking on a husky tone as she tries to seduce him. "Lexi, I... I can't help how I feel about you. You're so strong, so capable. I want to be close to you." Her gaze lingers on his bare chest, still glistening with sweat from his training session.

Lexi's expression turns colder as he catches her hand before it touches his chest. He holds it gently but firmly away from him. "Princess, I've told you before. I'm focused on my duties. I don't feel the way you do." His piercing green eyes are unyielding, showing no hint of the passion she tries to ignite.

Diana's face flushes slightly with determination. She moves closer again, trying to seduce him with her words and proximity. "But Lexi, I could make you happy. I could be what you need. Just let me in." Her voice is persuasive, almost pleading, but Lexi remains unmoved.

Lexi's grip on her wrist tightens slightly, not painfully but enough to stop her advance. He pushes her away gently but firmly. "No, Princess. I'm not interested. You need to understand that." His tone is firm, leaving no room for misinterpretation.

Diana's eyes flash with frustration and hurt. For a moment, she looks like she's going to argue more, but then her expression turns haughty. "Fine. But you'll regret pushing me away, Lexi. I'm a princess, and I always get what I want." Her voice is laced with a subtle threat, but Lexi doesn't flinch.

Lexi's expression doesn't change. "I've made my position clear, Princess. I suggest you respect boundaries." He releases her wrist and turns away slightly, signaling the end of the conversation.

Princess Diana's face twists in anger and determination. She doesn't like being rejected, especially not by someone like Lexi, whom she considers beneath her but fascinating. "You think you're above me, Lexi? You think you can refuse me?" Her voice rises slightly, but Lexi doesn't turn back to face her.

"I think I'm doing my duty, Princess," Lexi says without looking back. "And I expect you to respect that."

Diana turns on her heel, her skirts swirling around her as she storms out of the armory. She's more determined than ever to have Lexi. She won't be ignored or refused.
