Chapter 62 - Chapter 62: Guests from All Sides.

Chapter 62: Guests from All Sides.

The opening ceremony concluded with the dean and his five companions unfurling a massive Elemental Academy sign before the crowd.

Next came the admissions process. Five small admissions halls appeared beneath the podium.

All students interviewed underwent a unified test of their spirit's elemental attributes and spirit power level. They were then taken to their respective departments for internal testing.

After several rounds of interviews, successful candidates were given uniforms and briefed on the school and departmental regulations. The admissions process was outlined, and students were then escorted to their dormitories.

The entire process emphasized the principle that anyone who met the admissions requirements would be admitted. The strict internal regulations of the academy were also emphasized.

Observing the Elemental Academy's enrollment figures, the attendees shook their heads, anticipating that many promising students would be admitted this time, further strengthening the academy.

The dean then led the group in greeting the guests.

First up, of course, were Ju Douluo, Ghost Douluo, and three members of the Golden Generation from the Spirit Hall. All three members of the Golden Generation had reached the Soul Emperor level, significantly faster than Qin Ming, who boasted the title of the second-youngest spirit master to have achieved this feat.

Ju Douluo glanced at Yang Wudi and Niu Gao and said, "I never thought you two, remnants of the Clear Sky Sect, would actually join the Elemental Academy. Interesting!"

Yang Wudi snorted coldly, "Our two clans withdrew from the Clear Sky Sect long ago and have now drawn a clear line between us. We will have no further contact with anyone from the Clear Sky Sect."

Ju Douluo nodded, "I hope so. Otherwise, you'll bring the entire Elemental Academy down with you." Yang Wudi and Niu Gao sensed a strong warning in these words, but given their connections to the Clear Sky Sect, they paid no heed to Ju Douluo's warning.

Suddenly, Ju Douluo's eyes lit up, and he quickly flew in front of Xiaofei and the other two. Dean Huo and the others were about to intercept him, but Ju Douluo raised his hand and said, "Given my seniority and strength, I wouldn't embarrass you three. I just wanted to take a look."

Ju Douluo sniffed Wang Xiaofei, Huo Wu, and Huo Wushuang, tapping his fingers repeatedly, his face fascinated. "It's this aura that's truly captivating." He even half-knelt when he caught the scent of Huo Wu.

"If I'm guessing correctly, you should have consumed the Qirong Tongtianju immortal herbs, Jiupin Longzhi, and Xiangsi Duanhehong, respectively. No wonder the three of you have reached Soul Sage level at such young ages. They are truly immortal herbs. And judging by your condition, you should have completely absorbed them."

Everyone present was bewildered, with only Huo Tianchen and Yang Wudi looking stunned. Huo Tianchen was shocked: immortal herbs, the three of you have been consuming for over five years, and Ju Douluo can actually smell them?

What a nose! Yang Wudi had never seen any fresh immortal herbs in his life pursuing medicine, but he never expected these three juniors to actually consume immortal herbs.

Ju Douluo suddenly said solemnly, "Wang Xiaofei, Huo Wu, and Huo Wushuang, I would like to accept you three as my disciples. What do you think?"

The three of them quickly bowed and said, "Thank you, Senior Ju Douluo, for your consideration. However, we are all students of the Elemental Academy and have no intention of accepting any disciples at the moment."

Ju Douluo looked disappointed, then added, "I will be at the Elemental Academy for the next few days. I will visit you three individually."

At this time, Hu Liena approached Wang Xiaofei and said, "Wang Xiaofei, you must be the Phoenix Slayer. I didn't expect to meet you again so soon. I challenge you."

Xiaofei shook his head and said calmly, "I am already a Soul Sage." The three members of the Golden Generation were shocked.

Ju Douluo reluctantly left the three of them and walked towards Dean Huo Tianchen. He said solemnly, "I have a message from His Holiness the Pope. I hope you will just run the academy and not get involved in anything else. Do you understand?"

The five principals of the Elemental Academy nodded in agreement. They now had some foundation and wouldn't stubbornly oppose the Spirit Hall.

As soon as the five Spirit Hall members left, Ning Fengzhi, Ning Rongrong, Jian Douluo of the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Sect, and Xue Qinghe, Crown Prince of the Heaven Dou Empire, arrived.

This time, Ning Fengzhi didn't broach the subject of an alliance. Anyone with a reasonable understanding of the Elemental Academy's stance knew what to do. "Fight as you please, just don't involve me."

The two sides conversed pleasantly. Ning Fengzhi expressed his hope that some disciples of the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Sect could attend the Elemental Academy, while Xue Qinghe similarly hoped that some children of the royal family would join.

The principals agreed to accept all who met the Elemental Academy's admission requirements. However, the academy's strict rules required everyone to abide by them.

On behalf of Emperor Xue Ye, Xue Qinghe offered the five principals the title of Duke, but they declined.

Finally, Xue Qinghe invited the Elemental Academy to visit Heaven Dou City. Huo Tianchen considered it carefully, realizing that the Elemental Academy, situated within the Tiandou Empire, should not be offended too much.

He then stated that he would visit the Tiandou Royal Academy in the near future.

He made no mention of visiting Emperor Xue Ye, which further clarified the Elemental Academy's stance: exchanges between the academies were acceptable, but participation in factional conflicts was unacceptable.

The four of them left the Dean's reception room with regret. Returning to their assigned quarters, Ning Rongrong hurriedly asked, "Dad, what is the Elemental Academy's current stance? We're here to unite with the Elemental Academy against the Spirit Hall. Why haven't you asked this question?"

Ning Rongrong, after all, was young, and her approach and experience were far inferior to Ning Fengzhi's, which was why she asked such questions.

Ning Fengzhi shook his head and said, "The Elemental Academy's stance is very clear. That's their school rules. No matter what, the Elemental Academy will not get involved in the struggle between us and the Spirit Hall."

"Even though the former Po Yi Clan and Yu Yi Clan have a grudge against the Spirit Hall, they will no longer interfere. The Spirit Hall's dispatch of Ju Douluo and Ghost Douluo today is clearly a warning."

"Uncle Jian, what do you think of Wang Xiaofei, Huo Wu, and Huo Wushuang?"

"All three have reached the Soul Sage level, and their soul power is quite solid. They should be able to break through soon," Jian Douluo said solemnly.

Xue Qinghe was also surprised, even gritting his teeth.

Xue Qinghe returned to his room and glanced at his face in the mirror. He had never felt so disgusted with it as he did today.

He was only at the 20th level of Innate Soul Power, the most gifted person in the world, yet he was being overtaken by a few children much younger than him.

With an Innate Soul Power level of 20, wouldn't that make him a joke? No, I had to put an end to this as soon as possible.

After Xue Qinghe left, only Ning Fengzhi, Jian Douluo, and Ning Rongrong were left in the room. Jian Douluo said, "Fengzhi, I think the development of these three children from the Element Academy is very abnormal. There must be some secret. Why don't I-"

"Uncle Jian, it's too late now. Wang Xiaofei and the other two are already Soul Saints, and the three of them are inseparable. To deal with them, you or Uncle Gu have to take action personally. Now the overall strength of the Element Academy is stronger than ours. We can't make any more enemies, otherwise the Element Academy will completely turn to the Spirit Hall." Ning Fengzhi said with a serious face.

Ning Rongrong, who was standing aside, was shocked. She and Xiaofei were the same age. But she had just reached the Soul King level, which was already a rare genius in the history of the Seven Treasures Glazed Tile Sect, but these people from the Element Academy were simply monsters.

Monsters that were even more exaggerated than the Shrek Seven Devils.
