Chapter 28
Julian gasped when he opened his eyes and saw Viktor there, sitting up on the bed beside him, staring down at him.
"What are you—" he paused. "Why are you still here?" Julian asked in surprise. Viktor just grinned at him.
"How was your sleep, little wolf?" Viktor asked.
Julian turned to his side to see Rafael still sleeping beside him.
This was weird. All three of them on the same bed.
"Goddess above, was he dreaming?"
He looked up at Viktor, who still had this twinkle of amusement in his eyes.
He sunk back down into the bed. He would enjoy this dream before it turned into a nightmare.
"Who are you?" Julian asked.
Viktor raised an eyebrow at the question.
"There's something in me that tells me that you are my mate, but I know nothing about that," he said. "You are a vampire. All the stories say that you… your kind are monsters."
