Chapter 32 - Chapter 32: How about Breakfast?

But the sweetness deepened. Each movement grew bolder, more deliberate, as though she was trying to mold herself to his strength, to leave her shape against him. Her breasts crushed against his chest with every rise and fall, her warmth searing through the thin space between them.

The rhythm sharpened, their rocking no longer languid but urgent, a restless tide pulling them under. She moved against him with hungry insistence, her body pressing harder, tighter until it felt as though nothing could separate them. Every press, every shift was a vow and a plea, her closeness a fire he felt everywhere at once.

Noelle sat up and rode him with half closed eyes and Ren's eyes stayed fixated on her lush soft curves. He reached for her full perky breasts as they bobbed with every thrust. He watched as captivated, as Noelles's body arched in a slow, undulating tempo and he felt the intensity of her release clamping around his penis in every shudder and whispered breath.

She collapsed back onto Ren who smiled as she buried her face in his chest. Noelle whispered "What they said is true and I am going to need more of this..." and Ren laughed at her honesty.

"Are we ever going to leave the bed? I knew you liked me for my body but still..." Ren pouted before breaking into laugher as Noelle covered her face with her hands in shame.

Noelle looked up at Ren as she snuggled into a nook in his arms and wondered how perfect creature like Ren would like someone like her. "I see you and couldn't help but want to touch you. And then.. u know.. what I want next."

Ren marvelled at her honesty as he felt the same but felt like a pervert if he uttered those same words. His ears are flushing red as he looked at her, her soft pliable body, her lips which is now slightly swollen from all the kissing.

Ren propped himself on one elbow, gazing down at her with a mixture of wonder and disbelief, as though he still couldn't quite grasp that she had chosen to let him this close. His hair was mussed, his voice husky with exhaustion when he finally broke the silence.

"Breakfast?" he asked softly, reluctant to disturb the fragile warmth of the moment but knowing he should. His thumb brushed along the back of her hand, grounding them. "It's the weekend… no school to rush for." A lazy smile tugged at his lips, though there was still a nervous undercurrent in his eyes.

Noelle gave a small laugh, burying half her face into the pillow. "Breakfast sounds… nice."

But Ren's expression shifted, his grin faltering just a little. He hesitated before admitting, voice low and apologetic, "I… wasn't prepared last night. I didn't have any protection on me. I'm sorry if… if that made things messy or careless."

Her heart gave a little twist at the vulnerability in his tone. This boy who always seemed confident on the outside now fumbling, worried about letting her down. She reached out, resting her hand lightly on his wrist. "Ren," she whispered, her voice steady despite the rush in her chest. "It's okay. Really. I don't regret a thing."

His relief was almost palpable; his shoulders eased and he let out a quiet breath as though she had just handed him air. He bent to press a soft, lingering kiss to her forehead, a silent thank you for her trust.

Ren pulled his hoodie over his head, still tousle-haired and looking far too smug for someone who hadn't let her sleep much. He leaned against the doorframe, grinning. "Alright. Before you collapse from hunger and blame me… let's get breakfast. My treat."

Noelle groaned, burying her face in a pillow. "It's barely morning."

"It's ten," he corrected, tugging gently at the blanket she clung to. "Come on. There's this little café a few blocks down. Best kaya toast. And coffee strong enough to make up for…" His voice trailed, playful, eyes glinting as he gave her a pointed look.

Her cheeks heated. "Ren!"

"What?" He raised his hands innocently. "I'm just saying you'll need the caffeine. Don't glare at me, I already said I'm sorry I wasn't prepared—" He scratched the back of his neck, sheepish now. "I really didn't plan to…"

Her blush deepened but she caught the sincerity beneath his awkwardness. She reached over and flicked his arm lightly. "Idiot. Stop making it sound worse."

He grinned, relieved, and offered his hand. "Then let me make it better. Breakfast?"

Minutes later, they were walking down the street, side by side. The drizzle from last night had cleared, the air cool and fresh. Ren casually laced his fingers through hers, holding on like he had no intention of letting go.

At the café, he slid into the seat beside her instead of across, their shoulders brushing. He ordered for both of them without asking, like he already knew what she'd want and when the food arrived, he nudged the plate closer to her.

"Eat up," he said, stealing a piece of toast before she could react.

"Hey!" She glared at him, snatching it back with quick fingers. "That's mine."

"Correction, ours," he teased, leaning close enough that she could smell the faint warmth of his cologne again.

Noelle rolled her eyes, but her heart was racing in a way toast and eggs couldn't explain.

They lingered over breakfast longer than necessary, the café humming around them with soft chatter and clinking cups. Noelle nibbled on her toast but her thoughts were elsewhere. Every so often she caught Ren watching her, as if searching for something beyond the surface.

Finally, he leaned his elbow on the table, turning to face her fully. His voice softened, stripped of its usual teasing.

"Noelle… are you okay? About last night?"

Her fingers stilled around her mug. For a moment she couldn't meet his eyes, afraid of what he might see there: nerves, excitement, maybe even guilt for how quickly everything had escalated. "I… I don't know," she admitted with a small laugh, though her voice wavered. "It all feels… unreal. Like it happened too fast."

Ren's expression flickered for a second with worry. He reached under the table, sliding his hand over hers, grounding her. "If it was too much… if I pushed… "

She shook her head quickly, squeezing his fingers. "No, you didn't. I wanted it. I just…" She exhaled, finally meeting his gaze. "I don't usually let people this close."

Something eased in his face, though his eyes stayed intent on hers. "Good," he murmured. "Because I don't want to be just 'people.' I want to be the person."

Her breath caught. "Ren…" she whispered, unsure if she could hold the weight of his words.

He leaned in just slightly, not quite enough to draw stares but close enough that she could feel the warmth of him. "I meant it when I said I've been smitten since the first day. And I don't care how long it takes… you don't have to rush with me. Just… let me stay by your side, yeah?"

Her heart swelled, tears threatening to prick at the corners of her eyes. She swallowed them back, forcing a small, trembling smile. "You're making breakfast feel a lot heavier than toast and coffee."

That earned a chuckle from him, but instead of letting the moment slip away, Ren reached out and tugged gently at her wrist. Before she could protest, he shifted her onto his lap, his arm looping securely around her waist. Noelle let out a soft gasp, startled more by the warmth of his hold than the boldness of the act.

She sat perched sideways across his legs, her cheek brushing his shoulder. He cradled her against him, not with hunger but with a protectiveness that melted every guard she had left. His other hand came up to rest lightly on the back of her head, fingers threading through her hair as if to soothe.

"You don't have to say anything right now," he murmured, his chest a steady rhythm beneath her ear. "Just… let me hold you."

The café buzzed faintly in the background, but it might as well have been a thousand miles away. Wrapped in his arms, Noelle felt small in the safest way, as if her hands gripped the fabric of his shirt unconsciously… as if anchoring herself.

Ren glanced down at her, his smile gentler now, stripped of his usual teasing. "You don't even know how much I like this," he whispered, his lips brushing close to her temple.
