This means that these demon beasts have at least reached the low level of Tier Seven.
Even at Tier Three, demon beasts have a certain level of intelligence, and the wisdom of Tier Six demon beasts is almost not inferior to that of humans.
As for demon beasts that reached Tier Seven, their intelligence is already comparable to real humans, possibly even surpassing some humans.
As such, rarely would Tier Seven demon beasts be commanded by people; even if they were, it would be through absolute power, truly subduing the Tier Seven demon beasts.
Yet, clearly, the few hundred evil demons in front couldn't possibly use power to subdue these tens of thousands of Tier Seven demon beasts in order to command them into attack.
