Yu Xiaogang and the others shivered, their limbs instantly icy cold. Their bodies felt as if being pierced by ice spikes, a pain so sharp it was nearly unbearable.
Flander hadn't expected that the Poison Douluo had returned without warning. He immediately shouted, pleading:"Your Excellency, Poison Douluo, it's a misunderstanding! All a misunderstanding!"
If they didn't stop now, they would truly die here.
In their hearts, they regretted helping Yu Xiaogang teach the Royal Douluo Team of Tian Dou. They had known the other side was guarded by a Title Douluo, yet Yu Xiaogang had dragged them into trouble—truly malicious intentions.
Yu Xiaogang had no idea. Originally, he thought since the Poison Douluo hadn't come, they could give the Tian Dou Royal Team a show of force to temper their arrogance. Dugu Bo had thought of a good plan, looking at Yu Xiaogang with interest.
He knew how prideful Yu Xiaogang was, and how much he valued his life. He wanted to see if Yu Xiaogang would choose face or life.
"Your Excellency, Poison Douluo, isn't this insulting to Shrek Academy?"
It wasn't Yu Xiaogang speaking. At this point, he was in too much pain, teeth gritted, rolling on the floor—barely able to speak.
Flander spoke instead, eyes fixed on the Poison Douluo, full of humiliation. As a member of Shrek, he had been insulted repeatedly. How could he tolerate this?
His words made Dugu Bo laugh heartily, laced with mockery:"What face does Shrek have? Just now, when you harassed my granddaughter's team, why didn't you give me any face?"
Then Dugu Bo's expression suddenly became serious, his voice threatening:"If you don't crawl, barking every nine steps, today will be Shrek Academy's funeral."
"This…"
Flander hesitated, looking at his teammates and the still-suffering Liu Erlong, pitying them. But he came over to Yu Xiaogang, gritting his teeth:"Xiaogang, we agree."
As a seasoned yes-man, Flander knew who needed to speak for Liu Erlong to yield—it was Yu Xiaogang.
But Yu Xiaogang, in too much pain to hear, could only shout:"Your Excellency, Poison Douluo, please spare Shrek Academy for my father, Thunder Douluo!"
He had caved. Truly caved. Not wanting to lose face, he invoked his father's name, hoping Yu Yuanzhen still had some influence.
"Noisy!"
Dugu Bo, annoyed by their hesitation, increased his soul pressure.
"A dying old dragon—does he deserve my consideration?"
What Thunder Douluo Yu Yuanzhen? Probably no stronger than Tang Hao, and what face could he give?
Ning Fengzhi, Dugu Bo's ally, frowned at this, but considering the situation against the Spirit Hall, he kept his composure. Now was not the time to make enemies, not good for their Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.
Down below, the excruciating pain snapped Yu Xiaogang awake. Seeing Dugu Bo showing no mercy, he gritted his teeth and, in utter humiliation, shouted:"We agree! Please release your soul pressure, Your Excellency!"
Dugu Bo relented, coldly looking at Yu Xiaogang and the others.
The audience had not expected such a shocking spectacle—their tickets had been worth every coin.
Immediately, someone shouted:"Crawl faster, Shrek!"
"Is this Shrek Academy? I thought only the students looked like monsters. Turns out even the teachers are monsters—their minds are broken!"
Hearing the mocking laughter, Yu Xiaogang's eyes reddened. His shame faded, replaced by anger. Just as he was about to speak, Dugu Bo's murderous gaze forced him to bow his head in fear.
Seeing Yu Xiaogang yield, Liu Erlong, to save his friend, also lined up, crawling like a dog.
Every nine steps, Yu Xiaogang, leading the crawl, barked:"Woof woof woof! Shrek Academy are all dogs!"
Step by step, they crawled back to the dorm, slamming the doors to block out the ridicule.
"Cowards who fear the strong."
Seeing the Shrek Academy instructors crawl back, Ning Rongrong withdrew her gaze. This was only a small revenge; Shrek would get no good from her in the future.
As for Ning Fengzhi, she would grow stronger, expel the blind, feeble-minded old man from Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, and ultimately give the sect to Qian Xunfeng.
Thinking this, she left the stage, embraced by Zhu Zhuqing.
"Not good! Xiao San is still outside."
Yu Xiaogang and the others, just entering the room, realized Tang San and the others were still outside and looked at Flander.
"Flander, go bring Tang San and the others back."
Yu Xiaogang didn't want to face the mocking eyes outside and delegated the task to the still-dazed Flander.
"Why is it still me? Why don't we all go together? I'll need two or three trips alone."
Flander complained. He hadn't done anything yet had been beaten, and now Yu Xiaogang wanted him to humiliate himself—who would be happy with that?
Liu Erlong, seeing Flander reluctant, scolded him impatiently:"Flander, Xiaogang did so much for us. Just bring Tang San back. Why are you so selfish?"
Flander was left dumbfounded by this audacious remark.
Yu Xiaogang had contributed nothing—he got beaten, scolded, and dragged into trouble.
He was about to retort when Liu Erlong's impatient glare stopped him. His yes-man instincts kicked in, and the words stuck in his throat.
With a helpless sigh, he left the dorm, head down, under Yu Xiaogang and Liu Erlong's disdainful gazes.
