After the party, Megan and Joseph went home, and once they got there, Joseph wrote a new song. Joseph then went to Angelica's house to invite her to hear his latest music. Once Angelica arrived at his house, she knocked on the door, and Joseph let her in. Then Joseph and Angelica sat on Joseph's porch, and Joseph sang his new song for Angelica, expressing his feelings for her. Megan then opened the window while Joseph was singing and listened in. Megan liked the music, but she was afraid he was making friends with Angelica. Joseph then wrote down his phone number on a slip of paper and gave it to Angelica. Joseph said, "Call me." Angelica left, and Joseph went back inside, and Megan was getting worried about him.
That night, Joseph sang the same song on stage at Bird Karaoke while Angelica, Megan, and the crowd watched. When he finished, the audience clapped for Joseph. Joseph went backstage, and Angelica took her turn on stage. Angelica sang into the microphone, and everyone in the audience started waving their arms. Angelica sang about how much she likes someone while thinking about that someone. Joseph looked at her and smiled. Then Angelica looked at Joseph and grinned at him while she sang. When she finished, the audience clapped for her.
Angelica tried visiting Joseph in the crowd, but he was gone before she could talk to him. Angelica then heard music and followed it outside. When she got out, Angelica saw Joseph singing a reprise of the song he had sung to her that afternoon. She loved it, but hid from Joseph so he wouldn't see her watching. Then the Police arrived, and Angelica disappeared. Then a bat flew by Joseph and the Police. When the Police came, they held their monster detector up to Joseph, but it told them he was human. Chief Jade said, "That's weird; I swore there was a vampire here a minute ago." Joseph stated, "Well, I'm not a vampire." The bat that flew by them heard what the Police said and left.
The next day, Megan and Joseph went shopping in town. While they were shopping, a necklace in a window caught Joseph's eye, and he bought it. Then he put it around his neck, and the jewel started to glow green. Megan looked at Joseph's necklace, which also caught her eye. Joseph leaned down and said, "Oh, Megan, I think I'm going to be sick." Megan grabbed Joseph, and Joseph held onto his stomach. Megan stated, "Are you OK?" Joseph said, "Yes, I feel sick suddenly. Um, here's my money and a list of things I need. I'm going to go back home and lie down." Megan took Joseph's list and money, and then Joseph went home to his room and fell asleep.
When Megan got home, she saw Joseph had made the place spotless, and then she put the groceries away. Megan then checked on Joseph and saw him cleaning his room, leaving it immaculate, while the amulet on his necklace was glowing a yellow hue. Megan said, "Joseph. How are you feeling?" Joseph saw Megan at his door and stated, "Better. I've never felt better in my life. I cleaned the whole house and the garage, weeded and watered the garden, and dinner is on the stove." Megan said, "Wow, Joseph. You've never acted like this before." Joseph stated, "I know, it's weird. But it feels great. What do you say to a dance?" Joseph played music, took Megan's hands, and danced with her. When they finished, Megan was happy because she had had fun, but she also got worried. Megan said, "OK, something's wrong."
That night, the clouds parted, and the full moon appeared. When it did, Joseph started to have a nightmare. Then his body began to grow fur, his eyes started to turn blue, and he commenced to sprout fangs. Joseph then jumped out the window and went into town, snarling. Then Megan heard howling coming from outside, and it woke her up. The lightning flashed into her room, and she saw all her decorations in the dark. Megan said, "Maybe I should consider redecorating." Megan then heard howling coming from outside and ignored it. Megan stated, "Probably just a coyote."
Joseph joined his sister for breakfast the following day, and Megan saw something peculiar about Joseph. Megan caught him drooling over the breakfast sausage. Megan said, "Drool check, Joseph." Joseph wiped his mouth and stated, "Sorry." After breakfast, Joseph went out, and Megan spied on him. Megan recorded Joseph, hoping to catch him in something, but all she taped was Joseph looking up at a cat in a tree. Joseph spotted the cat in the tree and climbed up it. When Joseph reached the top, he caught the cat. Then Joseph sat in the tree with the cat, petting it. Then Joseph climbed down and saved the cat.
Megan then spotted Joseph walking into a homeless shelter. Megan then looked in through the window and saw him working in the kitchen, feeding homeless people. Megan recorded Joseph doing so without him knowing and saved it. Megan then recorded Joseph helping older people cross the street while wearing an orange vest. One of the old ladies hugged Joseph and said, "You're such a good boy." Megan was growing tired of the whole thing, but one thing she didn't notice was Joseph's amulet glowing pink due to the old lady's words and actions. Then, a tail sprouted out of his pants, and it wagged. When he saw his tail wagging, Joseph chased it until he finally grabbed and hid it. Then his amulet glowed purple, and Joseph's tail vanished.
Joseph headed home after doing good deeds, but Megan arrived there first. Megan then uploaded the video she shot of Joseph doing good deeds to YouTube, and everyone in the world started to like him and post lovely comments about him. An hour later, Megan saw her video, which had garnered over 300 hits in one hour and only one dislike from a guy in prison. She then read the comments and noticed no one said anything negative about him. Megan was about to blow her cap because she knew nobody was this nice. Megan was suspicious and stated, "He must be up to something. And I'm going to find out what it is."
Megan closed her laptop and decided to keep an eye on Joseph until it was time for her to go to bed. Megan then heard a knock on the door, so she went to answer it and saw that it was Franco. Franco said, "Hi, Megan. Is Joseph home?" Megan stated, "No, but he should be soon." Joseph then arrived home and saw Franco inside. Joseph said, "Franco. When'd you get here?" Franco stated, "Just now. I was hoping you'd want to hang out." Joseph said, "Sure, let's go." Joseph grabbed Franco's hand, and they ran outside together. Megan followed them to the playground and saw them playing on the swings together. Joseph then noticed the dogs in the park and ran to visit them. Franco said, "Joseph, wait." Megan followed Joseph and Franco to where the dogs were and saw Joseph sitting around them while Franco petted them. Megan then recorded them playing with the dogs and got even madder because Joseph still wasn't doing anything wrong.
Megan gave up and returned home because she couldn't find anything wrong with Joseph. Then Joseph's amulet turned orange, and he became miserable. Joseph said, "Franco, I'll be right back." Joseph then walked to the docks in the park with his eyes closed and his arms down. When he knew he was alone, Joseph got on his knees, banged on the ground, and yelled because he missed Angelica. When Joseph became slightly less miserable, he found Franco, and they returned to Joseph's house. Joseph said, "Would you like to stay for dinner?" Franco stated, "Gladly." Joseph declared, "OK, I'll make dinner for three."
