Whoosh!!
Scar fired off the starting line like a rocket. He took an immediate, aggressive lead, pushing rapidly to his top speed. He couldn't afford to hold back in this race.
The track felt perfect beneath his feet, allowing him to seamlessly accelerate straight back to 1600 km/h. And for the first five seconds, he was winning. He glanced over his shoulder, a cocky grin forming.
Then, the simulated Alicia made her move.
She didn't just pass him; she completely shattered his perception of speed. A violent sonic boom echoed across the chamber as the hologram instantly accelerated to 3200 km/h. She blew past Scar so fast she became a literal blur of neon light, leaving a vacuum of displaced air that nearly knocked him off balance.
Within two seconds, she was entirely out of his sight.
