Chapter 46 - IT FEELS SO WET

Their gazes didn't break... locked, burning, as though some secret passed silently between them.

No words were needed.

Eran's hand, still resting against her chest, shifted, slow, deliberate.

He brushed softly, just enough for her breath to catch, her body giving the faintest tremor in response.

Her violet eyes widened, yet she didn't pull away.

The room felt smaller now, quieter.

His fingers traced slow, deliberate lines against the fabric, gliding so smoothly over her robe that it nearly slipped from the way it moved under his touch.

Her breath hitched again, lips parting soundlessly as the sensation curled down her spine.

A faint heat spread from where he touched, threatening to swallow her whole.

Still, her gaze never left his.

Not even when her body betrayed her with that soft, shuddering exhale.

Eran only smiled faintly, his movement unhurried, as if testing her, daring her to stop him.

His gaze dipped for the briefest second and caught it.
