"Military coats are good, but they make doing things inconvenient. I was thinking of getting another one for my mom, so she can switch between them."
Ms. Ren laughed, "I understand what you're saying. I have a brand new one here. I originally made it for my mother-in-law, but if you need it urgently, I'll give it to you. I can always make another one for her later."
Jiang Mingyue didn't refuse, "Since you're offering, I won't stand on ceremony. How much do you think it's worth?"
Ms. Ren didn't refuse either and asked for the cost price, but Jiang Mingyue gave her two extra yuan.
She looked at it and realized she got a good deal. The cotton-filled coat made by Ms. Ren was very thick and finely crafted. Originally, she planned to reimburse Ms. Ren for the cotton and cloth coupons, but Ms. Ren refused. Jiang Mingyue thought about returning the favor with a real gift later.
