Julia Wyatt was in tears over Bambi while on the road.
Of course, there might have been a conspiracy against her, but before she reached her destination, she received a call from her mother: "Bambi has been found!"
Her voice was full of surprise and joy.
Julia reacted with instant elation: "Really? Where was she found?"
Mrs. Wyatt said with relief, "It's all thanks to your friend, Thea Shaw."
Thea's voice was faintly heard nearby: "It really wasn't me, it was that monkey..."
Julia was stunned but continued to listen to her mother recount the whole process.
Apparently, no one expected the hidden and outrageous tunnel to be suddenly discovered. The police followed the tunnel and found it connected to the city's sewer system. Generally, apart from specific workers, hardly anyone ventures into the sewers.
The sewers are extensive, but being so old, they are prone to accidents.
