There's another issue with the favorability gauge.
The oscillating graph can only be seen in the backend; players can't see it themselves.
Chen Ba plans to create a feature displaying the graph so that players can see the favorability curve of others in real-time, but not their own.
Why can't they see their own?
On one hand, it's useless to see it. Don't you already know in your heart whether you like a particular NPC or player?
On the other hand, this prevents players from nitpicking or deliberately doing the opposite.
My curve increased?
Hey! I don't buy that. I'm going to go against the curve! You think a single curve can reflect my true thoughts? What a joke!
Based on this premise, Chen Ba doesn't plan to let players see their own curves, only others' curves.
"The curve seems to have changed?"
