With a furious roar, Trunks erupted in blazing golden flames!
He shot upward and drove his fist square into Baby's jaw. The sheer force of the blow was enough to hurl the giant backward through the air.
Baby steadied himself, rolled his neck, and sneered."Trunks, you're pathetic. Your father's body is crying out in pain!"
Trunks' golden eyes widened in shock. Before he could react, Baby smashed his forehead into him like a battering ram.
The brutal strike sent Trunks plummeting straight down.
Boom!
He crashed into the ground, and before the dust even settled, Baby lunged forward, slamming his massive foot down onto Trunks' chest.
A scream tore across the battlefield. Trunks' aura vanished instantly, his body reverting to normal.
"Dad!" he gasped.
Baby laughed darkly. "This body that fuels me—" he patted his chest with mock pride— "is your father, Vegeta!"
And with that, he kicked Trunks away like trash.
But just before Trunks could hit the ground again, Supreme Kai and the others appeared in a flash, catching him midair.
"Trunks, are you alright?"
Struggling to speak, Trunks managed, "Go…han…"
Gohan glared at Baby. "Without stealing others' strength, you're nothing!"
Goten shouted, "You used us as pawns, you bastard!"
Pan's eyes lit up as she spotted the newcomers. "Dad! Uncle Goten!"
Supreme Kai quickly whisked Pan away to safety, while Goten, Gohan, and Trunks dropped down beside Goku.
"Trunks," Goten said firmly, "let's fuse."
"Dad, we'll handle this from here!"
But Goku's face was deadly serious. "You won't win. Even as Gotenks, even with everyone lending their strength, the chances are slim."
Baby bellowed across the battlefield. "Come at me! Doesn't matter who—step forward and you die where you stand!"
His roar shook the very planet, his energy surging like a tidal wave.
"Dad, what do we do?" Goten cried. "We can't just stand here and wait to die!"
The ground rumbled violently beneath them.
Goku looked at his sons. "No, there's one way. You can give me all of your Super Saiyan power. If I absorb it, I can reach my full-power Super Saiyan 4 state. And once I get there… I swear I won't lose to him!"
Baby's cold voice cut in. "Sounds like a nice plan. If you live long enough to pull it off!"
He opened his mouth and unleashed a massive energy blast.
"Move!" Gohan shouted, dragging Goku aside as the others scattered in different directions.
"Goten, Trunks!" Gohan called. "It's all on Dad now!"
The two nodded.
"You won't succeed!" Baby roared, spewing another deadly energy blast. Explosions thundered behind the fleeing Saiyans as Baby gave chase, laughing maniacally.
Supreme Kai's face was pale. "This is impossible! They can't even get close enough to pass their power to Goku, let alone finish the transfer!"
Baby charged, his fist aimed straight at Gohan—who was still holding up his father.
"Gohan, close your eyes!" Goku suddenly barked.
"Solar Flare!!"
A blinding flash burst out, forcing Baby to clutch at his eyes, howling in pain.
"Now! Goten, Trunks!" Goku commanded.
The three surrounded him, golden auras igniting as they transformed into Super Saiyans. Their combined energy streamed into Goku.
Baby blinked through the haze, his vision returning, and charged again. "Not a chance!"
They had no choice but to break off and scatter, Baby chasing after them relentlessly.
"You can't run forever!" Baby shouted, lightning crackling across his body. He rose into the sky, glowing with murderous power. "All of you—disappear!"
But then Baby froze, clutching his stomach. His body bulged grotesquely, swelling out of control.
"No… what's happening to me?!" Sweat poured down his face as his gut expanded. "My body… it's going to explode!"
From deep within, a familiar power erupted—Oob's energy, raging violently inside him.
Goku's eyes widened. "That ki… Oob!"
Inside Baby, Oob roared, his energy surging. "Goku! Hurry up and absorb their power!"
Baby crashed to the ground, trembling and drenched in sweat. "Impossible… I turned you into chocolate! I ate you!"
From within, Oob's voice thundered. "Think again, Baby! You should know better—I'd never fall for my own technique!"
Goku called out to the others. "It's Oob! He's attacking from the inside—this is our chance!"
Baby's expression twisted as the realization hit him. "You… you let me eat you on purpose?"
Oob's voice boomed. "That's right. From the very start, my plan was to destroy you from the inside!"
Baby's body erupted in crackling white lightning as he tried to crush Oob with sheer pressure, compressing his own organs around him. Oob pushed back with everything he had, the two locked in a violent battle within Baby's body.
Meanwhile—other worlds watching through the screen
In the Dragon Ball world, the Z Fighters stared in shock at the sight of so many Saiyans—every one of them capable of going Super Saiyan.
"Goten… he's my son too?" Goku murmured. "So I have two boys?"
Beside Krillin, future Gohan turned bright red. "Uncle Krillin… looks like in the future I've already started a family… and even have a daughter!"
Krillin chuckled warmly. "You've grown into a man who can stand on his own, Gohan."
Piccolo looked at him with quiet pride. "You've become strong, Gohan."
But Frieza was trembling all over, his body shaking as he sensed the power of warriors far beyond him.
Over in the One Piece world, Luffy's eyes blazed with excitement. "So many strong fighters! I didn't know there were that many Super Saiyans besides Goku! And they got that strong without devil fruits? That's insane!"
Zoro, Usopp, and the rest could only gape at the overwhelming battles. Even Mihawk felt the pressure for the first time in years, his eyes narrowing."Such terrifying warriors… Goku, Baby… I acknowledge you."
In the Inuyasha world, Sesshōmaru gripped Tokijin tightly, sweat running down his forehead as he struggled to withstand even the faint aura leaking from the screen."To think just a trace of their power forces me to fight with everything I have… what a terrifying world this is."
Back to the battlefield
Once again, Goten, Trunks, and Gohan transformed, golden auras blazing as they circled Goku. Their energy poured into him in steady streams.
White lightning began crackling over Goku's body as he absorbed the power.
Baby gritted his teeth, sweat dripping from his face as pain wracked his body. "No… I won't let you… I won't let you reach full power!"
He forced his energy higher, while inside him Oob raged just as fiercely, blasting out wave after wave.
The two forces clashed within, stalemating violently.
Meanwhile, the golden energy from Goten, Trunks, and Gohan wrapped tighter around Goku, sinking into his body bit by bit.
Goku shut his eyes, focusing everything on channeling their power—drawing himself back toward his ultimate form, Super Saiyan 4 at full strength.
Baby screamed in agony as his ki spiked to its limit. The crushing pressure inside him grew unbearable.
