The following morning, Xiliya woke up in a haze, the warm sunlight filtering into her room at the Blazing Hotel. As her eyes fluttered open, she let out a soft, sleepy hum. The sight of the man lying beside her, Red Hawk, made her cheeks flush crimson. She couldn't believe she had spent the night with him.
Red Hawk is so well-behaved… she thought to herself.
Her face grew hot as she remembered the night before. But then, a smile crept onto her lips as she recalled his promise. He had agreed to buy all the alcohol she had piled up at home. Just thinking about it made her feel incredibly grateful.
"Mm~"
"Xiliya, I'm a little out of breath," came a muffled voice from beside her.
It was Red Hawk, who had been awake for a while, but had been trying to stay still to not disturb her. Damn it, women really affect my sword-drawing speed! he thought to himself.
"Ah?" Xiliya said, flustered. "Red Hawk, I'm so sorry! Are you alright?"
"I'm fine, Miss Xiliya," he said, getting out of bed. "That was a really comfortable sleep. No need to panic."
As she watched him get up, a strange sense of emptiness washed over her, as if something precious had been lost. But she quickly regained her composure. Her cheeks still felt hot, but she gathered his clothes and offered, "Red Hawk, let Xiliya help you."
Andy didn't refuse her kind gesture. Being served by someone was indeed a pleasant experience, especially when it was a beautiful woman. Since he still had to wait for the Log Pose to charge before heading to the next island, he decided to enjoy his time here. Last night was with Miss Xiliya, so tonight he would spend with Madam Serena.
A little while later, Andy left the Blazing Hotel and made his way to the most famous bar in town, the Erguotou Ronin Bar. Since it was still early, the bar was completely empty, and the Bar Owner seemed to have just woken up.
"Welcome… Red Hawk, welcome!" The Bar Owner's initial listless voice disappeared as soon as he recognized Andy. He immediately became excited and enthusiastic.
"Hey, Bar Owner," Andy said, sitting down at a stool. "Can I get about 300 servings of food? I'll eat here."
"300 servings?!" The Bar Owner's jaw dropped, but he quickly snapped out of his shock. "Right away, Red Hawk! Please wait!"
He immediately went to work, waking up his assistants and setting the kitchen into a frenzy. Soon, a continuous stream of food was brought out, piling up in front of Andy.
Seeing the mountain of food, Andy felt satisfied. He activated his system. "System, consume 260.3 million bounty points to strengthen my physique!"
[Ding~]
[Strengthening… 3… 2… 1… Strengthening successful!]
[Physique Strength: 400 million Berries level! (Can add points!)]
So satisfying! So strong! Andy thought excitedly. Cultivation? Impossible! With the system, cultivating would be a waste of time!
He still had 91.7 million bounty points left, which he would save for later. As his excitement faded, a gnawing hunger took its place. He looked at the food with green eyes, ready to devour it all.
The Bar Owner watched in stunned silence as the mountain of food in front of Andy rapidly disappeared. He finally understood that to be a truly strong person, one must first eat a lot. Maybe I should force my son to eat more every day, he thought to himself.
Ten minutes later, Andy patted his full stomach and strolled out of the bar, leaving a dumbfounded Bar Owner behind.
As he walked down the street, Madam Serena suddenly appeared and jogged over to him, her body swaying as she moved.
"Red Hawk!" she called out.
"Good morning, Madam Serena," Andy said with a smile. "You look beautiful today, too."
A shy blush spread across her face, a hint of secret joy in her eyes. Just like the day before, she hooked her arm through his and said playfully, "Red Hawk, if you want breakfast, you should come to my place. What I make is definitely more delicious than what they make at the bar!"
"Alright, alright," he said, pinching her cheek lightly. "Then how about we wake up together and have breakfast tomorrow?"
Madam Serena's heart began to pound in her chest as she understood his meaning. "Mm~" she hummed happily.
Just then, Andy looked toward the port and his expression changed from leisurely to excited. "Oh," he said. "It seems like I just ate my fill and now need some post-meal exercise."
"That..." Madam Serena began, blushing even more. "Red Hawk, if it's post-meal exercise you need, I can help you with that too..."
Andy chuckled. "I know you can, but I'm not talking about that." He gave her a quick peck on the lips. "You go back and prepare a bath for me. I need to deal with some trash first, then I'll be over."
Without waiting for her to respond, he headed toward the port, leaving Madam Serena standing there, still lost in the sweetness of his kiss.
At the Erguotou Mountain Port, a massive Marine warship was docked. Dozens of Marines holding various weapons rushed off the ship, their presence a dark cloud of war that seemed to swallow the entire mountain.
"Everyone!" Lieutenant General Lucas ordered, his voice booming. "Move out! Surround this place and don't let Red Hawk have any chance to escape!"
"Tsk tsk tsk~" a lazy voice said, breaking the tense atmosphere.
Andy strolled out of the shadows, his hands in his pockets, his expression as leisurely as if he were taking a walk in his own backyard.
"A Marine Lieutenant General is so arrogant," he said with a playful glint in his eyes. "If one didn't know any better, they'd think an Admiral had arrived."
Lucas was stunned for a moment, but he quickly regained his composure. He sharply drew the sword from his waist, raised it high, and shouted, "Kill! In the name of justice, take down Red Hawk!"
"Oh!"
"Kill!"
"Charge!"
The Marines roared with anger and charged forward, a surging tide of men and steel. Bullets spat from their guns, a "bang, bang, bang" sound echoing through the air as they charged madly toward Andy.
