Chapter 106 - chap 106

Operator: "Unidentified heat signature approaching from aft at 420km/h. 1000m… 800m… 500m… Target confirmed on monitors."

Inside the elevator ascending toward the bridge, Himeko stood alone.

In her hand — a vial.

The God-Slaying Spear serum Tesla had managed to synthesize.

The pale liquid shimmered under the flickering lights, reflecting the exhaustion in her eyes.

Alarms screamed through the ship.

Alarm: "Unknown heat signature rapidly closing in from behind! Speed: 420 klicks-per-hour."

Alarm: "Optical system failure. Unable to acquire target visuals."

Alarm: "Optical system failure. Unable to acquire target visuals."Alarm: "Sloped deck armor hit by energy shell. We have lost our spoilers."Alarm: "Target is 1000 meters away… 700… 300…"

The Hyperion shook violently.

The elevator lights shifted fully red.

Himeko tightened her grip on the serum.

Himeko: "Is she coming?"

Outside the Hyperion—

The Honkai dragon Benares tore through the sky.

With a single beat of its massive wings, it shattered the ship's force-field barrier. Shockwaves rippled across the hull as defensive cannons fired back — eight twin-mounted turrets, four on each side, unleashing concentrated blasts.

Benares weaved effortlessly through the barrage.

It surged forward, seized one of the cannons in its claws—

Ripped it clean off—

And hurled it toward the bridge.

The elevator doors opened.

Himeko stepped out.

She tucked the serum away.

The stolen cannon smashed through the bridge window—

And Himeko moved.

With a smirk, she swung Surtr Muspellsverd upward.

The greatsword connected cleanly, sending the cannon hurtling back.

It struck Benares square in the face.

The dragon roared.

Himeko leapt from the bridge—

Free-falling through the air—

She twisted mid-descent and drove a kick straight into Benares' skull.

The dragon crashed down onto the Hyperion's deck.

Himeko landed moments later.

She dragged Surtr across the steel, sparks flying, flames building along its edge.

She charged.

And swung—

But—

Two energy lances intercepted her strike.

A blinding flash erupted.

Himeko raised Surtr defensively as the world around her distorted.

When the light faded—

The sky was pink.

Floating monoliths drifted in every direction.

Himeko lowered her blade slightly.

Himeko: "What is this?"

A laugh echoed.

She turned—

Sirin floated in the air, still wearing Kiana's body like a stolen crown.

And behind her—

Kouga.

Still in Kamen Rider Chalice form.

Impaled.

Pinned against floating rock by Subspace Lances through chest, arms, and legs.

Green blood streamed downward.

His face was bruised.

Burn marks traced his armor.

Tortured.

Barely conscious.

His head lifted slightly.

Kouga: "Hi..Me...Ko."

Himeko's breath caught.

Himeko: "Kouga !!!"

Sirin descended slowly, each step forming a pink energy platform beneath her feet.

Arrogant.

Untouched.

Sirin: "Do you think you can escape?"

Himeko raised Surtr into stance.

Himeko: "Hmph. I've been waiting for you."

Sirin stepped onto the deck of the Hyperion.

Sirin: "I hope you're ready... to meet your maker."

She extended her hand.

Himeko's body jerked forward violently, dragged through the air by invisible force.

Sirin: "Struggle all you want, worm."

A flick of her wrist—

Himeko was hurled backward.

A massive purple cube erupted from the deck.

Himeko slammed into it.

Kouga: "HIMEKO."

He strained, ignoring the lances tearing into him—

But Sirin pressed her hand toward him, driving him deeper into the rock.

She turned back to Himeko.

The cube folded inward, trapping her completely.

Four Subspace Lances materialized.

Sirin flattened two into razor-thin blades—

They sliced across the cube.

The other two pierced it—

Then reshaped into spiraling drills.

They drove downward.

The cube shattered in an explosive burst, slamming into the Hyperion's deck and shaking the entire space.

Sirin recalled the lances.

They hovered behind her.

Sirin: "Pathetic."

She turned to Kouga.

Sirin: "Now it's your turn."

He glared back—

When suddenly—

A blade flew toward Sirin.

She reacted instantly, raising a barrier and converting it into a portal.

The deflected strike redirected—

And smashed into the rock imprisoning Kouga.

Cracks spread.

The formation shattered.

Kouga fell face-first onto the deck.

He recognized the blade—

A component of Himeko's Vermilion Knight: Eclipse battlesuit.

From the crater—

Himeko emerged.

Surtr in hand.

Armor cracked.

Hair loosened and flowing freely.

Glowing Honkai energy lines pulsed violently across her body—

A clear sign her limits had long been exceeded.

She didn't care.

Himeko: "I guess you're done attacking. It's my turn now... I hope you don't mind, girl."

Sirin covered part of her face with her palm and laughed softly.

Then she looked sideways at Himeko.

Sirin: "Die!"

Pink portals burst open behind her, surrounding Himeko.

A storm of Subspace Lances fired simultaneously.

Himeko recalled her thrown blade.

It snapped back into place, merging with Surtr.

Energy surged.

Flames erupted violently.

She swung once—

All incoming lances disintegrated.

Sirin's eyes widened.

Sirin: "You pathetic human insect!"

She raised her hand—

But froze.

Instinct screamed.

She spun—

Blocking an incoming strike.

Kouga stood before her, now in Kamen Rider Kuuga Mighty Form.

It was the only form his broken body could sustain.

Sirin: "Danm you."

Before she could retaliate—

Himeko lunged as Surtr descended in a blazing arc.

Sirin punched Kouga in the face, sending him flying.

She flattened her lances into razor sheets and slashed at Himeko—

The blades cut her shoulder and cheek—

But she cleaved straight through them.

Himeko redirected her strike at Sirin.

Sirin formed a massive dark-purple drill and launched it forward.

Greatsword met drill.

Fire clashed with void.

Shockwaves tore through the pink expanse.

Behind them—

Kouga tried to rise but body failed him.

He collapsed.

The Kuuga armor faded.

He lay on the deck, breathing heavily—

His vision blurred.

His body no longer responded.

Across from him—

Kouga could see it.

Clearer than anything.

Himeko's life was almost gone.

Her movements were slower.

Kouga's fingers trembled as he reached beneath his collar and pulled free the fire-colored crystal necklace.

It glowed faintly in his palm.

He closed his eyes.

He never wanted to do this.

Because if his soul left his body for more then a second

Reality itself would shatter.

He could remain outside for one second no more no less.

One second—

To grab Himeko's soul before it scattered.

He exhaled.

Back at the battlefield—

Himeko roared and shattered the massive drill with one final, blazing swing.

Fragments exploded outward.

She surged forward through the debris.

Sirin felt fear.

She stumbled backward.

Himeko drove Surtr Muspellsverd forward—

The blade pierced the deck just behind Sirin—

And Himeko's body fell forward.

Lifeless.

Hanging over her.

Sirin stared.

Frozen.

Shocked.

And in that instant—

Kouga moved.

His soul tore free from his body.

The physical shell disintegrated into golden particles.

Reality cracked.

Kouga's true form manifested only as a radiant silhouette of impossible density.

He use telekinisis to grab the fire necklace.

Within his sight—

He saw it.

Himeko's soul—

Beginning to drift from her body like embers fading in the wind.

He reached.

Caught it.

Held it gently.

At the same time—

He hurled the fire-colored crystal necklace toward Sirin.

With precise control, he fastened it around her neck.

And then—

He and Himeko's soul flowed into the crystal together.

Before vanishing—

Kouga saw one final thing.

The god-slaying spear serum—

Injecting into Kiana's body.

All of it—

Happened within one second.

Reality sealed.

The cracks disappeared.

Time resumed.

Sirin stood motionless as Himeko's body slumped forward.

Then—

Sirin unleashed a shockwave.

The body was blown away, tumbling across the deck.

And then—

Pain.

Unimaginable pain.

The serum began to take effect.

Dark energy erupted skyward as Sirin screamed.

The Hyperion began breaking apart.

The pink void fractured violently.

Light swallowed everything.

Time Skip

Waves rolled gently onto a quiet shore.

The sky was calm.

The sea shimmered peacefully.

Kiana Kaslana lay unconscious on the sand.

Beside her—

An empty vial.
