Chapter 5 - Chapter 05:Crazy Solution

The Third Raikage, A, read the report his son Ay had just handed him, a grim look on his face. The details of the incident were all there, a testament to Ay's thoroughness. "Ay," the Raikage said, his voice a low rumble, "you did good. Now tell me, what is your opinion of this Uzumaki family?"

Ay considered his words carefully. "She just wants her children to be safe in Kumogakure," he said, the sentiment evident in his voice.

The Raikage nodded, a flicker of understanding in his eyes. He then pointed to Minoru. "Summon the elders immediately. We need to hold an urgent meeting. Have the boy and Uzumaki family on standby. Ay, you will stand guard."

Ay nodded once and left the room, his form a blur of speed. Minoru, her expression serious, followed suit, heading to summon the council of elders.

A few minutes later, In Raikage Office working Area,Ichigo Kurosaki, his wounds neatly bandaged, was being thoroughly scolded by Amanai. "You are never setting foot in the Weapon Manufacturing Area again," she said, her hands on her hips, a look of profound frustration on her face. "What was I thinking?"

"I'm sorry, ma'am," Ichigo said, remorse heavy in his voice. "It won't happen again."

Just then, Uzumaki Megumi, her own face bandaged, stepped forward. "It was our fault, ma'am. He got hurt trying to save us."

Akira, the little boy, followed. "Ma'am, please don't be mad at him. He saved us. If you want to punish someone, punish us." His sister, Saori, nodded vigorously, tears streaming down her face.

Amanai's anger dissipated, replaced by a deep concern. "No, no, you don't need to apologize. I'm just furious with myself for being so reckless. That rogue ninja could have killed him."

That's the thing, Ichigo thought, a new idea forming in his mind. He was toying with me. It was like a test... He had a sudden flash of insight. He might have been a spy from the Root organization. In anime it is shown,Danzo had spies everywhere, and I was an unknown anomaly. He might have been sent to assess my potential. or keep watch

Just then, Minoru appeared at the door. "You are to come inside now," she announced, her tone a mix of urgency and formality.

Everyone followed her into the office, except for the two small children, Akira and Saori, who were too young to be part of the official proceedings.

Inside the Raikage's office, four elders sat at a curved table, their faces etched with the wisdom and worry of their years. A piece of the central table was broken, a clear sign of the Raikage's recent fury. A fierce conversation, indeed, Ichigo thought, a flicker of apprehension running down his spine.

The Raikage's voice boomed. "Kid, what is your name?"

"My name is Kurosaki Ichigo," he replied, standing tall.

The Raikage then turned his gaze to Uzumaki Megumi. "You came here to find a safe home for your children. But Kumogakure is the one of the village that destroyed yours. On what basis should we believe that you don't have ulterior motives?"

Megumi's face fell. "I won't say I didn't hate Kumogakure for a while," she said honestly. "But now... what choice do I have? I just want my children to live in peace. What I need to do?I will do anything"

One of the elders spoke, his voice dry and devoid of emotion. "We have decided that you will contribute to our research."

Ichigo's heart sank. He knew what "research" meant in this world. He thought of Orochimaru and all the horrific experiments he had performed. He had led this family into a trap. I've seriously screwed up, he thought, a sense of guilt washing over him. I've got them from death to something worse than death.

He racked his brain for a solution, a way out. He had to think of something, something crazy, something that might just work, or backfire spectacularly.

Megumi, her face pale, spoke again. "Okay," she said, her voice barely a whisper. "But please... guarantee the safety of my children."

"Okay, let's..." the Raikage began, but was cut off by Ichigo.

"Raikage-sama, I have a solution," Ichigo blurted out.

The Raikage's eyes widened, and with a guttural roar, he slammed his fist down, breaking another piece of the table. The elders flinched, their eyes fixed on the boy who dared to interrupt the Raikage. The air in the room grew heavy with a terrifying pressure.

"Let's hear it," the Raikage said, a hint of dangerous curiosity in his voice. "What kind of solution?"

"Raikage-sama," Ichigo began, his voice steady. "The main goal of the research is to make the village stronger, correct?"

"Yes, continue," the Raikage urged.

"But what if... what if we create a new Uzumaki clan that originates from Kumo? For suspicion, you can monitor them for a while, but we can officially start an Uzumaki clan with her as its head."

The entire council stared at him, their expressions a mix of confusion and shock. Amanai and Megumi were completely speechless. Ichigo had gambled everything on the fact that Kumogakure desperately needed special bloodline clans to compete with Konoha. By establishing an official Uzumaki clan, they might attract other scattered members of the clan who had survived the destruction of their village.

Suddenly, the Raikage threw his head back and laughed, a deep, booming sound that shook the room. "Kid," he roared, "you are good. Too good." He then turned to the others. "You all wait outside. Except for the elders and Minoru."

Once the room was cleared, the Raikage turned to the elders. "The kid has a good idea. What is your opinion?"

One of the elders, a man with a stern face, spoke up. "Raikage, the boy's idea has its merits. We have no significant clans to rival the likes of Konoha's Uchiha and Hyuga. But we cannot let them be idle. We must add extra conditions."

The Raikage considered this. "Then how about these conditions?" he said, listing a set of terms. The elders listened, their faces growing more and more impressed. When he was finished, they all nodded their approval.

Moments later, Uzumaki Megumi was ushered back into the room. The Raikage's face was grim but his eyes held a strange kindness. "I have decided to establish an Uzumaki clan in Kumogakure with you as its head," he announced. "However, you will be monitored for a time, and there are some conditions."

Megumi's face lit up with relief. "Thank you! What are the conditions?"

"Three conditions," the Raikage replied. "First, you will teach Fuinjutsu to our shinobi in special, regular sessions. Second, you will be assigned to the 'Tailed Beast Task Squad' as a sealing expert. And third, you will assess the potential of Fuinjutsu among the children of the village. And remember this, if you ever intend to betray the Cloud, I will personally execute you."

"I agree to the conditions," Megumi said, her voice firm. "Thank you for this chance."

After Megumi left, the Raikage had Ichigo summoned. Ichigo walked in, scratching his head, still unsure if his crazy plan had succeeded.

The Raikage looked at him, his gaze intense. "I have two questions for you. One, what is your goal? Two, how did you survive that rogue ninja?"

"Raikage-sama," Ichigo replied, his voice calm. "My goal is to become a strong ninja who can protect the things I care about. And second, that ninja was testing me. He wasn't trying to kill me, just to see what I could do.,Thats what I felt like when I fought him"

The Raikage stared at him for a long moment, his face unreadable. "You are dismissed," he said finally.

Ichigo bowed and left the office, his heart pounding with relief. The Raikage watched him go, a contemplative look on his face. An interesting kid, he thought.

Soon, the news spread like wildfire. The entire shinobi world was shocked to its core by the formation of a new clan in Kumogakure.
