But today something is about to happen in his company that will establish the good merits of Arjun Prasad.
Inside the office of ASEAN Technologies a female team leader is discussing about a project with her team members.
Just then an old middle age crossed manager of the same company walked towards the female team leader with furious and angry steps.
Reaching at the desk of the team leader the manager shouted at the team leader saying, "Saraswati you are fired. You guys don't need to come to her anymore. She is not your team leader anymore. Get lost."
While the manager put this decision on Saraswati the team leader on the corridor of the first floor holding the railings was an American man who has smirk of arrogance on his face with Durga Prasad standing near him.
This American guy is a client of the ASEAN Technologies who had came to give a project but this man is not some good man.
Saraswati wad completely shocked and confused after hearing the words of her manager because she couldn't find any reason for which she is being fired.
So she asked for the same reason to her manager to which giving a smile that has arrogance in it the manager said, "Don't you know what your mistake was ?"
"No sir I don't know."
"I had told you to go on a dinner with the foreign client but what did you do ? You slapped him."
"I slapped him because he was trying to molest me."
"He was trying to molest you. Tell me how did he molest you ? Did he your shoulders ? Did he touch your cheeks ? Did he hug you tightly ? Tell me what he had done ?"
While saying all of this the old manager touched Saraswati as well. It was not just touching her but molesting her as well that too in front of each and every emoloyee of the company while the American client was enjoying this scene.
The old manager even justified the behavior of the American client by saying that whatever he has done was very normal in western culture and everyone in the company had done that.
He told the last thing just based on his assumption that all of the employees of the company might have done that.
But then the American client gave a threaten to the manager by saying, "Mr. Prabhakar either that girl leaves the company today or I. I will also cancel the project as well."
After hearing the words of the American, Prabhakar the manager scolded Saraswati and said, "He had brought a project worth 2000 crore to our company. Even if I fire you and 500 other employees then I can't compensate him. That's why I will fire you from here right now with industry wide blacklisting. Once you became blacklisted no one will hire you again and ever."
The words of the manager hit Saraswati hard in her heart as dhe remembered how her parents have taught her self respect and honor but now just for protecting those she is being fired.
Her entire world and self respect were shattered and in that fragile and vulnerable state she only found one way.
Crying Saraswati went out of the office and texted her father that she is giving up on her life and soon she went to the terrace of her office building and with tears in her eyes and sorry in her mind she was about to jump from the building.
But at that time she heard the swirling and rotating noise of the propellers of the helicopter while strong air hit her as well.
And soon a helicopter was in the air before her and the door of the helicopter was opened revealing Arjun Prasad sitting inside it.
Seeing how Saraswati was about commit a very serious thing Arjun began to motivate her and cheer her up and when she accidentally fall from the terrace then Arjun hanging from the stands of the helicopter caught Saraswati and saved her life.
Assuring that he will give her justice Arjun came into the office and called out the person who fired Saraswati.
Prabhakar with a smile on his face came forward and when Arjun asked for the reason to fire Saraswati then Prabhakar proudly said how Saraswati hit the client for touching her.
Arjun just gave a smile and asked how she touched him and began to slap Prabhakar.
Arjun slapped Prabhakar six times while also asking how he touched Saraswati.
Prabhakar was completely silent but then Arjun began to speak the words that showed the reality.
"Even a dog is loya to its Master. But instead of waging your tail before your Master you are barking before the rising dollar. Shall we call you a manager or broker ?"
"Manager. No no. Broker." Durga Prasad replied to the question of Arjun Prasad after which Arjun continued.
"Do you know the biggest CEOs of the software companies that are leading the world are mostly from India. And they all come from humble families not some rich spoiled brats. But perverted old men like you use such young talents for your own selfish gains and enjoyment. And a person like doesn't deserve to work in this company which my Amma(mother in southern regions of India) had shaped up till now with so much love and care. You are fired. Get lost."
Slapping once Prabhakar, Arjun fired him but then the American client tried intervene by saying, "Mr. Arjun Prasad you might be the chairman of this company. But you don't have rights to behave like this with an old man."
Seeing this manner of the American client, Arjun called Saraswati and gave her signal after gaining which Saraswati slapped hard the American client.
The American client was furious and threatened Arjun about canceling the project and the deal between their companies.
But Arjun was unfazed as he straight out rejected the project and showed the American client that most of the CEOs and great minds present in USA are all Indians who just gave some of their valuable knowledge and intelligence to the USA instead of their loyalty, self respect, values and culture.
And after all of this Arjun pressed that he will put the charge against the American client under the section 354A Nirbhaya Act by which he will be put in jail for at least three years.
The American client was shocked with fear striking in his heart and he immediately decided to leave for which Arjun just told him to get lost and once he had left Arjun fired Prabhakar and promoted Saraswati to the post of Project Manager that brought applause and appreciations for Saraswati restoring her self respect and honor.
And after doing all of these Arjun went to meet his Amma Sarojini Naidu who was having business meeting and once Arjun reached their Sarojini Naidu gave her seat to Arjun and she herself took another seat and told Arjun to handle the meeting.
And with happiness she saw how Arjun handled the meeting giving her immense proud.
