When Hanami gave Gojo Satoru the Senjutsu Chakra, it didn't hide the act from her, but Schwarzer had no reaction to it.
It had embedded an unsealing technique within that portion of Senjutsu Chakra, clearly designed specifically for the Prison Realm.
The conceptual fusion with the God Tree seemed to have taught Hanami a great deal, including a vast number of ninjutsu. Hanami didn't hold anything back, teaching Schwarzer anything she wanted to learn.
It was just unclear why it knew so many ninjutsu. The God Tree wasn't the Sage of Six Paths, so had it perhaps stolen the concept of the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki as well?
However, much like the thousands of armaments in her database, a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none collection of abilities wasn't particularly useful. The only truly valuable ones were a few commonly used techniques, like spatial teleportation.
Among the ninjutsu she had collected like stamps, one of the few that proved useful was the—Shadow Clone Technique.
Schwarzer, who was in a hurry to find Kenjaku and his group, couldn't possibly have time to linger at Jujutsu High for so long. It was merely a Shadow Clone.
And thanks to the unique nature of the Machine Ex Machina, she could even link with her own Shadow Clone to share information in real time.
Unfortunately, it was still just a Shadow Clone. The drawback was that they shared the main body's processor. If she were to run several 'virtual machines,' the performance of Schwarzer's main body would degrade.
The people at Jujutsu High were completely unaware of this. Not even Kakashi realized that Schwarzer was using a Shadow Clone.
Although he noticed she was a bit cold, Gojo Satoru understood, considering her identity and her objective.
After all, Schwarzer was still in the phase of learning about humanity; her current performance was already quite good.
While the Shadow Clone went through the motions with Gojo Satoru, the main body was searching for the whereabouts of Kenjaku and his group.

'Hanami's Enlightenment'
'The incarnation of nature shall embrace all, including humanity. The power of the God Tree has become a humane existence. This is an Enlightened One.'
What 'Enlightened One'? Did this guy become a Buddha?
Upon seeing this, Schwarzer had the exact same sarcastic thought as Gojo Satoru.
Guiding a Cursed Spirit to become an Enlightened One... with that level of distortion, it was no wonder she had successfully met the conditions to receive new Core Data.
In a way, this was also the result of various coincidences. Her original plan was to have Hanami die at Gojo Satoru's hands, then use that to have Sasuke absorb its power and successfully awaken his Mangekyo.
After all, Hanami wasn't a high-priority target within the System; Schwarzer hadn't expected to acquire Core Data from it.
This was a truly unexpected situation. The possibility of repairing her soul, presented by the System, had completely overturned Schwarzer's entire plan.
"Host, Kenjaku and the others have appeared!"
The System's voice in her mind interrupted Schwarzer's thoughts. The Core Data from Hanami was already in her possession, so she would set it aside for now.
If not for the fact that, as the God Tree, it was the key to obtaining the Chakra Fruit, Schwarzer would have stopped paying it any mind the moment it yielded the Core Data.
To get the Chakra Fruit, Schwarzer needed to find Kenjaku's group as quickly as possible and then arrange a new plan.

"You're back, Hanami? You seem to be in good shape. Did you not run into Gojo Satoru?"
Inside an unknown cave, this was the prearranged meeting point.
By relying on Hanami to draw the attention of Gojo Satoru and the others, Kenjaku and Mahito had successfully retrieved the six Sukuna's fingers and the Special Grade Cursed Object, the Cursed Womb: Death Paintings, that were stored at Jujutsu High.
When they arrived, they saw Hanami in perfect condition.
"I did encounter him. As expected of the strongest. I was completely powerless against him."
Hanami spoke these terrifying words with perfect calm. For a Cursed Spirit, encountering that man was indeed a horror story.
"Hahaha~"
"Since when did you learn to tell jokes, Hanami, after just one trip outside?"
Hearing this, Mahito burst out laughing. Hanami had always acted mature and composed; had it finally become interesting?
Mahito approached with a smile, but as he got closer, he noticed Hanami was unusually serious.
"You are joking, right?"
Faced with this attitude, Mahito's mouth twitched, and his tone grew strange.
Kenjaku, who always wore a smile, also sensed that the atmosphere was off and his expression turned serious.
Upon closer inspection, one could see that Hanami did indeed bear numerous traces of battle, and its entire aura had changed completely.
The most crucial point was—his Cursed Spirit Manipulation had failed. It had no effect on Hanami!
"What in the world happened, Hanami?"
Kenjaku, controlling Geto Suguru's body, his face grim, took two small steps back and demanded an answer. Sensing something was wrong, Mahito also retreated a few steps.

"I am Hanami itself, but I am no longer my original self. The me of the past is already dead."
"What do you mean, 'dead'?" As expected of an old creature who had lived for a thousand years, he quickly composed himself.

As the portal closed, Schwarzer appeared before them.
Her body, composed entirely of metal, proclaimed the fact that she was not human.
However, just as with Hanami, Kenjaku found his Cursed Spirit Manipulation had no effect on her. This one wasn't a Cursed Spirit either?
"[Greeting] A pleasure to meet you. I am Schwarzer." She extended a friendly hand toward Kenjaku.
"Hello. I am... Kenjaku."
One doesn't strike a smiling face. Kenjaku hesitated for a moment but still gave his name and shook her hand.
His true identity was already known anyway, so there was nothing left to hide. He was now exceptionally interested in Schwarzer.
He had a premonition that something big was about to happen—something that could change the entire jujutsu world, and perhaps even the world itself.
