Chapter 5 - Deep Discovery

…Instructor Leo had just concluded his session with the Zodicians on skills and techniques, most of the Zodicians had already exited the academy heading towards the bibliotheca{the academy's library}, the bibliotheca contained books, which were detailed on life attributes and energy pulses, there were also reserved ancient texts which explained how Kamons and Myojins worked...

…Chris left for the bibliotheca, lookin for answer to the reason his clan did not have either a Kamon or Myojin.....

…As he arrived in front of the bibliotheca, he was stunned by the size, it was twice the size of the roman colosseum, it had a huge number of nanobots spinning around it forming a ring like satellite body with bibliotheca erected in the middle of it.. Chris stepped in, as he stepped in, there were millions if not billions of Zodicians present there, if not for the nanobots the residual auras of each of them would have brought down the building, The inside of the building was even larger than the outside, with huge shelves filled with books on each end, there were huge ladders at the edges of the shelves which were used to pick books, most of the sections being occupied by Zodicians looking for specific books, each side of the bibliotheca was categorized, and Chris went for the Skill category, the bibliotheca was so massive that only the director of the academy knew the total amount of books residing in it, most of the instructors have no idea of the number of books lingering around...

…Chris approached the skill category of the bibliotheca, he found up it was three shelves up and climbed the ladder at the edge of the shelves, everything erected in the bibliotheca was done by nanobots so as he reached the skills book shelf, a small pathway was erected by the nanobots to allow onw walk through when looking for a book as the shelf was extremely long, while Chris walked through the pathway searching for a decent tome, he paused at a two step interval and pulled out a book from the shelf, but all the titles displeased him, he kept searching, stopping and pulling books at about a two step interval, as he kept searching he saw a light a bright ash book with holes and on it with a unique sign, Chris strained his thoughts trying to remember where he had seen that sign, his memory was hazy and he could not really remember where he had seen that sign, but he was sure of one thing, the sign was familiar, he pulled the book out of the shelf and the books cover looked like the moon outer shell, the book was quite heavy and on the left side of the book he saw a clan sign, the sign looked new for someone like him who knew every high ranking clan and their sign, it felt odd, but the thought of it being an extinct clan dropped in his mind, the book was titled Dark Moon, and he was now even more interested because there were only five clans that had to do with the moon, the eight ranked clan in the world, the Matrix clan, the fourteenth ranked clan in the world, the Vile clan, and two others which he did not know because of how low they were ranked and finally his own clan....

…The more he steered at the book, the more he wanted to know, so he decided he was going to read it , he went back to the ladder through the pathway erected by the nanobots and climbed down to the ladder, he went towards the center of the bibliotheca where the fauteuils{Special chairs and tables where books can be erected upon} were located...

…It took a while for him to reach where the fauteuils were located due to the size of the library, when he arrived he took a seat and erected the book on the ambry located on the fauteuil, he opened the book and he was met by a large blaze of dust indicating that the book had not been opened in a long while, he brushed off the remaining dust on the book with his right palm and on he first page was an ancient text which Chris could not understand, he was about closing the book out of annoyance, but he flipped to the second page, where he saw his Clans sign..

*Every clan has their sign, but they are all disregarded if one is not among the top twenty clans, different clans have their different signs on different parts of their body, His clan, the moonstraught clan had long been stripped of their sign as they were delegated a worthless clan for having no Kamon or Myojin or any special skill unique to them, they were deemed a clan of worthless space*

…Here was a book from only existence knows where, showing his clan sign, he moved to the third page and was confronted by a philology of his clans language, it read... A few were born with tainted blood and were struck down, those few had been a unique breed of existence, born with blood reacting to the moon, they had awakened a Myojin, a powerful Myojin unique only to the select few... Chris flipped the page anxiously wanting to cover what the book had to offer...The clan had them sought for day and night as their blood line had brought back the forbidden Myojin, they ran for their lives hoping not to harm their clan members, the darkness had just began... Chris flipped the page awaiting the roaming questions in his mind to be answered... They had been deprived of everything and their bloodlust grew day by day along with the hate of their clan members, their starvation had began devouring them from their inner parts, their kind had been tortured and killed...Chris flipped the page once again... They cried because they did not know what they had done, The other clan members screamed and taunted them until the day the Myojin of the moonstraught clan awoke... Chris at this point became less patient and turned the book to the next chapter.

…The chapter was titled the Myojin, Chris using his right palm flipped the book to its next page. The Myojin was awoken by a young disheartened child which had to watch his parents die in front of him, he cried out, for his parents to rise again, but he received no reply... the page was flipped again.... The child had been left all alone, in a clan where all wanted him dead, he asked himself, why do they have to be killed, but he received no answer, the day for the child's slaughter arrived, the child begged not to be killed but his cry was not listened to.... The page was flipped once again to continue.... The sacrificial spear had been unveiled ready to put a veil over the boys life, as he was stabbed, the only thing he saw was the moon and he asked himself, since when had the moon been dark, The boy was dead but his body living and at that time the blood scale moon eyes awoke, eyes with an outer pale exterior and an inner circle of white plain emptiness, the space between the outer and inner circle was a very tiny spiral white circle with outlines two centimeters apart attached to the pupils, the lines attached to the pupils had a lightning style bend as they went up to the iris... Chris flipped the page without a moment to spare

…The boys soul was long gone and all that remained was a residue of his Unique Myojin, the boy had far lost his life, but his aura and body was brimming with hate, no one understood, they taught he was still alive and stabbed his neck once again with more force, Blood poured out from his neck like rain during a thunderstorm, the boys body had become pale but his eyes glistered with bloodlust, his aura and his life had been forsaken, but his bloodlust remained, his bloodlust spilled out with the same color and composition as that of the moon, he had created a technique called Moon field... The chapter had ended and Chris flipped to the next chapter of the book once again to further on with the story...

…Chapter three of the book read Moon Field, Chris quickly flipped to the next page.. His blood lust carved a field around those who he revered, the fields aura was so dense it obliterated all who tried to cross it leaving not a single particle of their existence, the field was completely under his control, spears made of moonlight aura and energy under the wave of light shone by the moon were created, spears over hundred inches in length were created, which each of its aura density over that of the field barrier, the energy of the spears had obliterated those people and the clan was wiped out... Chris paused and re read the sentence over again confused of what was happening, he was dumbfounded and did not understand why the ancient book said his clan had been erased but they still existed, this arouse his interest and as he flipped the last page, it was empty...
