The Anthony Residence Ryan sat gloomily on the sofa.
His family had arranged several blind dates for him, insisting he meet the Luna family's daughter.
Today, his mom had directly invited Mrs. Luna and Stephanie to their home.
"Miss Stephanie is such a lovely girl—she looks just like her mother!
I adore well-mannered, sweet girls like her."
His mom kept showering praises on "Stephenie" but Ryan remained unmoved.
He sat with his head lowered, flipping through a magazine, his expression cold and indifferent.
"my daughter has been spoiled by us—she's not as refined and cultured as Mr. Ryan Anthony."
The mothers from both families began exchanging compliments about each other's children while subtly nudging their own.
Mrs. Anthony even elbowed Ryan lightly and said in a measured tone, "Ryan, help me bring out the pastries from the kitchen for Miss Stephanie."
"Don't we have servants for that?"
Ryan lifted his eyelids slightly, his voice icy.
