"Oh my gosh! Oh goddess!" Laura screamed as she tried to make her way into the room.
She had just seen Maria move her body from underneath the blanket. Her eyes got glassy with tears as she felt the joy of her daughter trying to recover.
Laura pushed open the room door and walked inside. Reynolds stood outside the door, also wanting to enter. Mozart stopped what she was reciting and turned towards them.
"You're distracting me. If you keep shouting and trying to come inside the room, I won't be able to concentrate."
"I'm so sorry," Laura apologized and walked out of the room. She shut the door behind her and went back to her place at the window, where she was watching everything that Mozart was doing.
Laura felt a thick hand on her shoulder. It was Reynolds who was standing behind her and placing a comforting hand on her shoulder.
