Garion turned to Rynor and smirked. "Now it's your turn, Rynor!"

Rynor sighed, shaking out his arms. "If I die here, make sure my tombstone says, 'Died lifting like a legend.'"

He approached the bar, gripped it, and exhaled. Then, with a powerful yell, he lifted.

His movement was smoother than Rynar's but still trembling under the weight.

Garion cheered him from the side. "Up! Good! Now hold! Drop it!"

Rynor slammed the bar down, his arms shaking uncontrollably. "I did it… Master, please don't ask for a second rep."

Garion grinned. "Relax, I'm not a monster. One perfect rep is all we need."

The twins both lay flat on the ground again, groaning.

Dahlia stared at the barbell, then at Garion. "Don't even think about it."

Garion laughed. "What? You don't even know how much yours is yet."

Raviel smirked from the side. "Let me guess… more than five hundred?"

Garion winked. "Of course. Dahlia's the strongest, remember?"

Dahlia's eyes widened. "Master, no! Don't you dare..."
