Chapter 166 - Blades and Bad Decisions

Raviel gripped his sword tightly, lowering his stance and steadying it.

"Fine then. Let's see how good you really are, Garion."

Garion raised his sword, smirking. "Yeah, and show me what you've got, Raviel."

Without another word, Raviel lunged forward fast and cleanly.,

The blade cut through the air straight toward Garion's shoulder.

CLANG!

Garion tilted his sword slightly, deflecting the attack with minimal effort.

Raviel followed up immediately, twisting his wrist and slashing again from the side.

Garion stepped back just enough to let the strike pass by an inch.

Raviel didn't stop, switching his grip and thrusting forward, using a quick martial arts move.

[Fang Strike]

Garion parried again, positioning his sword into the place where Raviel would attack next based on his movement.

"Still too predictable, Raviel. Try to make it more unpredictable."
