Darius, the patriarch of the Draconia Clan, stood with his hands clasped behind his back, staring out through the tall windows of his hall.
"Tell me," he said slowly, without turning around. "What information did you gather about this… God Gym?"
His assistant straightened immediately. "Yes, Patriarch."
He hesitated for half a breath, then continued carefully. "God Gym is… unusual."
Darius turned his head slightly. "Go on."
"They only appeared a little over a year ago," the assistant said. "Yet their rise has been extremely fast."
Darius let out a quiet scoff. "Fast rises burn fast."
"That would normally be true," the assistant replied, "but their record says otherwise."
Darius finally turned around. "Explain."
"Their first major appearance was right after their founding," the assistant said.
"They entered the once-a-decade grand tournament."
Darius raised an eyebrow. "As a new sect?"
"Yes," the assistant confirmed. "And their disciple... Dahlia, participated."
