Chapter 160 - Star of the Dwarves

"Han Yu, my friend, why didn't you let me know you were coming!"

Seeing Han Yu after so long, Eitri was naturally delighted. He immediately stood up and gave him a bear hug.

The dwarf craftsman watching this was puzzled. He rarely saw Eitri act so enthusiastically.

Even when facing Odin, the former god-king of Asgard, he maintained a cold demeanor. Now, he was showing such warmth towards an Earthling, which was truly incredible.

"Let go, let go! You're suffocating me!"

Han Yu finally managed to wriggle free enough to breathe.

Eitri laughed heartily, looking very pleased. His gaze swept over the people behind Han Yu, and his normal expression became increasingly strange. Upon seeing Hela and Galacta, he felt his scalp tingle. He quickly pulled Han Yu aside a few steps and asked him in a trembling voice.

"Han, what's going on? Why are those two women with you? Are those... Hela and Galacta? Are you being threatened? Speak freely, my friend; they wouldn't dare do anything to me."

As Eitri, he naturally knew who Hela and Galacta were. Seeing Hela made him uneasy.

He certainly knew about Hela. A thousand years ago, Odin had deployed the Valkyries to subdue Hela. Eitri had forged the Valkyries' armor and weapons. The outcome of that event had been disastrous; it was said the entire Valkyrie legion had been wiped out, and there had never been a second one.

One Hela was already enough to shock him, but now Eitri saw Galacta beside Han Yu. Gods of that level even Odin treated with respect, daring not to be presumptuous.

"Oh, you mean them? Galacta is my friend, and I brought Hela to help Asgard. I'm taking Hela to upgrade her equipment now. You got some time?"

Han Yu said casually, as if talking about something very normal.

Eitri's expression was somewhat dazed. He took a moment to process it, and the words that came to his lips finally turned into a light sigh. He patted Han Yu on the shoulder and said, "As expected of you, my brother Han Yu, your luck with women is just too good!"

Han Yu smiled helplessly. Eitri thought they were both part of his harem? What a misunderstanding.

He had only just met Hela, and Galacta was only following him because he had good food. To say they were his harem, Han Yu was afraid he'd get beaten up. He wouldn't even think about such a thing.

"By the way, you mentioned forging weapons. Asgard is in big trouble now. Those Vanir Gods, who've been hiding for so long, have teamed up with the Frost Giants and Fire Giants to invade Asgard. Hey, Loki's with you, he knows about this, right?" Eitri asked.

"He knows. In fact, he's the one who told me. I plan to help solve the problem, so I rescued Hela and came to you to upgrade her equipment."

Han Yu told Eitri about rescuing Hela from Hell, and Eitri nodded frequently.

"That old bastard Mephisto is so shameless," Eitri spat, saying it with disdain.

Han Yu smiled and turned to Hela, asking, "What kind of weapons do you usually use?"

"Swords, but you don't need to forge me a weapon." Hela clasped her hands together, then opened them, and a sharp blade flashing with cold light appeared in her hand. "Forge me a suit of armor. I think that's better. Swords are just consumables in my hands."

"Alright, but what should we make? Ordinary armor won't withstand your divine power," Eitri said.

Han Yu also fell into thought. Hela's current ability ceiling was far beyond what it was a thousand years ago. Hela had the potential to reach the level of a Skyfather-class god, but she also needed good equipment, otherwise, she couldn't properly exert her abilities.

As mentioned before, the Asgardians are high-tech extraterrestrials, not pure gods. Their divine power manifests through equipment of a certain level.

While thinking, Han Yu was also browsing the item shop system, searching for something suitable to use.

"Eh, what's this? God Cloth, seems pretty good."

Han Yu saw an item in the item shop list and clicked on it. The description read: Battle armor of the guardian of Odin, the Norse god-king, a divine artifact similar to Saint Seiya's Cloth.

"Nice, this thing is also based on Norse mythology, and there's one that matches Hela's!"

Han Yu opened one of the God Cloths, named "Alioth." The armor came with a flaming sword, and it could resist ice-type attacks. This was perfect for the current situation.

"I have a plan."

Han Yu took out the blueprint for the Alioth God Cloth and said to Eitri, "Make it according to this."

"Can you... really do this?"

Eitri said as he picked up the blueprint, a hint of doubt in his voice. After all, they were blacksmiths by trade. In the forging of weapons and equipment, they were truly second to none in the universe. So, his pride made him somewhat skeptical of the blueprint Han Yu had provided.

But then, he was stunned. He immediately went to the side and performed a "desktop cleaning master" operation on the table, carefully spreading the blueprint out on it.

Three large characters were written on the blueprint, in ancient Chinese. Eitri couldn't understand them. Han Yu told him that the three characters read "Alioth."

Even without having created it, Eitri could tell that the forging methods in this blueprint were feasible, and the battle armor forged from it would be incredibly strong. Eitri knew for certain he couldn't forge armor of this level right now.

Some dwarves noticed Eitri's serious expression and curiously came over to take a look. This glance also drew them in. One, two, three...

In the end, more than a dozen dwarves gathered around the table, staring at the blueprint. Others wanted to come and look, but couldn't squeeze in and could only anxiously mill around outside.

A blueprint that could move Eitri, a blueprint that could attract so many dwarves to watch – it was definitely a treasure, and its grade must be very high. Otherwise, Eitri wouldn't be looking at it so seriously.

"What did you show them that they're looking at so intently? So many people, and not a sound." Loki approached Han Yu and whispered.

These dozen or so dwarves didn't make a single sound while looking at the blueprint. They walked over quietly, seemingly absorbed by the design.

Everyone's attention was completely focused on the blueprint, immersed in its design.

"Just a suit of armor," Han Yu said with a smile. He waited nearly ten minutes for Eitri and the others to finish before calling out, "Well? What do you think of my blueprint?"
