"...Urgh." I'm tossed into the cell without any care, my back hitting the wall as they grab my hands and shackle them to a chain, forcing my arms to stay raised.
"..." I watch the metal door slam shut, left here, trapped in this uncomfortable, shackled position. But I don't have to wait long, because a few minutes later, that girl who said her name was Crimson appears.
Accompanied by two armored guards, I look at her with an empty gaze. I don't know who this person is, but her plan was brilliant, though I don't know what she gained by framing me for a crime I didn't commit.
"Well, well, well... looks like you're behaving yourself. But let's get to the point. The letter you tried to send to Esther was intercepted. She won't know a thing and she won't come to save you."
"By tomorrow morning, everyone in the kingdom will know of your crime," Crimson says with a devilish smile as I bite my lip.
"D-Did you do something to Eve?"
