Catwoman leaped up and kicked at Lin Chen. Her speed was much faster, her long legs brimming with power.
Whoosh!A blade of wind formed and shot toward Lin Chen. He sidestepped, and the wind blade struck a stone pillar, carving a deep groove.
Lin Chen nodded."Alright. That'll cost you a few thousand dollars."
Catwoman's expression changed instantly. She placed a hand on Lin Chen's shoulder and winked."Daoist, I didn't mean it."
"Too late. I just ate—I'm not hungry," Lin Chen replied.
Everyone was speechless at his shamelessness.
Black Widow pointed—and Lin Chen's pants suddenly caught fire. She had clearly awakened a fire-type ability.
Lin Chen didn't care at all. The flames burned without causing him the slightest pain and couldn't even scorch the hair on his legs.
"Burn all you want. I'm completely fireproof."
Black Widow was on the verge of tears. She had finally gained a superpower, yet this stinky Taoist was immune—it was too unfair!
