Chapter 120 - Chapter 120 Taekwondo Gym

After school, Mochizuki was walking out of the school gate.

A young woman working part-time was handing out flyers at the school entrance, and Mochizuki casually took one.

People handing out flyers at the school entrance wasn't a new thing.

They were usually for tutoring classes, or interest classes like dance, Go, or painting.

Mochizuki would usually glance at it and then throw it away in a trash can on his way home.

If the flyer was quite large, he could also take it home to use as paper for padding.

Taekwondo?

It turned out to be a newly opened Taekwondo dojo, and it even offered a free two-hour trial class, seemingly to recruit new students.

Mochizuki curled his lip; he wasn't interested in Taekwondo.

Folding the flyer, Mochizuki continued walking forward, planning to throw it in the trash can later.

Suddenly, Mochizuki stopped, changed direction, and unfolded the flyer he had folded to look at it again.

Thinking of what Yukinoshita had said, "You need to beat two of yourself," Mochizuki felt a bit unconvinced.

So, Mochizuki looked at the flyer in his hand and walked in the direction indicated by the map on it.

Mochizuki decided to go and experience this Taekwondo class.

The instructions on the flyer were very clear; after about ten minutes of walking, Mochizuki arrived at the entrance of the Taekwondo dojo.

It indeed looked like a new storefront, with a brand new sign and large words hanging at the entrance announcing "New Store Opening Discounts".

After confirming he hadn't gone to the wrong address, Mochizuki stepped inside.

Inside, the Taekwondo dojo looked quite spacious, about the size of a few classrooms, and it also had a second and third floor.

The floor was also mopped very cleanly, faintly shining.

However, it seemed there were quite few people who had come.

Mochizuki estimated there were only about ten people, and they all looked like students, probably there to try the free class.

"Huh... Shikimori?"

A girl with a ponytail caught Mochizuki's attention.

Seeing someone he knew in an unfamiliar place made Mochizuki subconsciously walk over.

As for Shikimori, a world of change had already occurred in her heart when Mochizuki approached.

It wasn't that she didn't want to see Mochizuki Yo; seeing Mochizuki actually made her a little happy.

However, Shikimori didn't want to see Mochizuki in a place like a Taekwondo dojo.

In elementary and junior high school, Shikimori had diligently practiced Taekwondo with her older brother.

She had even participated in youth Taekwondo competitions and won awards.

The boys at school were no match for her either.

However, as she was about to enter high school, she was ready to shed her previous image, so she had stopped practicing Taekwondo a long time ago.

Today, Shikimori, who had also received a flyer, came on a whim, unable to resist the desire in her heart, and thought about coming to try it out.

The Taekwondo dojo was near the school, so logically she shouldn't have taken this risk, but she still came.

Fortunately, after arriving, there were only a handful of people.

"Uh... hey... Mochizuki... student."

Even though she was crying uncontrollably inside, Shikimori still greeted Mochizuki with a smile.

"I didn't expect Shikimori to be interested in Taekwondo too."

"Just a little new interest, thinking it could be for self-defense."

Shikimori had already decided to pretend to be a complete beginner later, so that Mochizuki student would think she was just genuinely interested.

"Oh."

At this moment, a man with a crew cut and a tall build walked over.

He was wearing a black Taekwondo uniform and should be the Coach; he also had a batch of uniforms in his hand, but they were white.

Placing the Taekwondo uniforms on a table, the Coach grinned and smiled:

"Welcome everyone to experience our Taekwondo class. Please change into your uniforms, and we'll start the trial class."

"Don't worry, the clothes are very clean and brand new."

"Boys are in the room on the left, girls are in the room on the right."

The Coach pointed towards a corner.

After all, besides Shikimori, there were also two other girls present, and they had been standing together, so they should have come together.

Everyone picked up a Taekwondo uniform one by one, and then headed towards the changing rooms.

When they returned to the assembly point again, everyone had changed into pristine white Taekwondo uniforms, looking quite imposing.

Mochizuki Yo was no exception; this uniform looked quite suitable on him.

Shikimori next to him looked even more heroic and spirited.

Furthermore, to prevent her hair from getting in the way during the trial later, Shikimori specifically tied her hair up.

Feeling Mochizuki's gaze, Shikimori spoke with some nervousness:

"What's wrong? Does... this look weird?"

"No, Shikimori looks very cute like this."

"Mm... thank you..."

Besides the uniforms, everyone had tied a white belt around their waists.

The white belt represents the tenth level, signifying that everyone is a beginner with no prior Taekwondo experience.

Moving up in order are the ninth level yellow belt, eighth level yellow-green belt, seventh level green belt, sixth level green-blue belt, fifth level blue belt, fourth level blue-red belt, third level red belt, second level red-black belt, and first level black belt.

Everyone looked at the Coach's waist, where there was a striking black belt.

Feeling everyone's admiring gazes, the crew cut coach grinned again, swung his belt, and then spoke proudly:

"Hehe, rookies, follow me."
